Contacted provider of the car and he said he cancelled his account, even though I was able to book the trip on the Turo app. Needless to say the vehicle was never provided and I was not refunded money. Turo customer service never responded to my emails or phone messages. Would have rated zero stars for the provider/Turo app as a whole but one is the lowest. First experience with the app and I'm done using it. Definitely would not recommend to anyone.
