This is my first time using such an awesome app! I enjoyed my trip with Roberto. Roberto communicated with me the entire time and If I had any questions or concerns he replied right back. I also would like to mention how he checked up on me to make sure I was safe during the ice storm because Mustangs are not easy to drive in that type of weather. Roberto is such a friendly, understanding and caring person! You would love the services he provides. I definitely would rent with him again and again that’s how awesome this experience was! I could not be happier with this TURO rental. The car was exactly as described and worked as described. Bart made it very easy to pick up and drop off the car. The car is located very close to the airport. Bart was flexible and responsive when I needed to add one day to the trip. The next time I am St. Louis, I will look to Bart for a TURO rental. This is like the best app ever!!!!! It was so nice to meet Jake, he’s such a friendly person. When I picked up the car it looked super clean and he was able to show me everything with the car before he left. He told me to message him if I had and questions or concerns and when I did, he replied right back. Jake let me extend my days which was greatly appreciated. I really needed more time and when I messaged him, he was so understanding. The car was super nice and I really enjoyed my trip with it and I would definitely do it again! Thank You Jake! 😀

Ping renewed my faith in Turo. My last trip was ruined because an instant book never responded and I had to wait for Turo to try to reach out to that person before they would cancel the trip and refund me my money. The bad part is I couldn't book another vehicle for the same time frame until Turo cancelled the instant book. Unfortunately by that time I was already on the ground at my destination without a vehicle to meet the obligations I had. It is owners like Ping who make this process work. Very responsive and communication was superior. The car is an amazing value and if I could give 10 stars I would. Thank you for helping me meet my obligations and make amazing family memories on this trip! I'll definitely rent again.

I rented an Insight in Texas, which was my first experience with a hybrid. While I loved the gas mileage, I didn't like the pick up, or lack of. I LOVED this Volt!! Fast, responsive, AND fuel efficient! Turo is a great way to try new models that you wouldn't otherwise drive. Thanks Ping and Andy for a great rental!
