Turo requires all cars on the platform to be returned clean. With this extra, you won’t have to search for a full-service car wash with towel dry at the end of your trip—just drop and go! Please note: smoking and pets are not allowed in vehicle.


• Premium Fuel (91+ octane) with receipt is required. • For any issues, including a flat tire, call Turo Roadside Assistance at 1-866-735-2901. Additional drivers must meet same rental qualifications as the renter and must be registered with Turo on the trip itinerary. There are no fees for additional drivers. Gas Policy • Vehicle should be returned with a full tank of gas. • Don't have time to gas up before you go? No worries! A $10 convenience fee, plus the price of gas will be charged at the conclusion of your trip. Pets and Smoking • Please, no pets in vehicle. • Stains, spills, excessively dirty interiors, or excessively dirty exteriors upon return of vehicle will incur a cleaning fee up to $250 per Turo guidelines. • Please note: smoking is not allowed in the vehicle, including e-cigarettes. If smoking is detected upon return of the vehicle, a fee up to $250 will be assessed as I have to remove the vehicle from listings for several days while it undergoes a thorough interior detail. This is to keep my customers who are sensitive to smoke as well as guests traveling with children comfortable and safe. Thank you for your understanding and compliance. Driver Licensing • Primary renter and any additional drivers listed on itinerary must be in possession of valid state-issued Driver's license, or International equivalent, at time of vehicle pickup. "Learner’s Permits” are not accepted. • Any license which, on its face, restricts the licensee to the use and operation of a vehicle equipped with a form of a breathalyzer apparatus is not accepted. • Temporary Driver’s Licenses may be refused if I am unable to otherwise verify the customer’s identity or verify the authenticity of the temporary license. Additional Government-issued identification may be required. • Treat my car like you would your car. Please no disabling traction control, manually activating 4-wheel drive low, hard acceleration, hard stops, or aggressive maneuvers. Cars are equipped with real-time GPS trackers, 3G On-Board Diagnostic devices, and/or front/rear cameras and all activities may be recorded to ensure compliance and monitor vehicle health. Please do not tamper with or disable these devices. • Cars are exclusively rented for "routine" daily driving only. Special use is prohibited. This includes, but is not limited to, using the vehicle to move or relocate, to sleep in, to transport home improvement items (i.e. paint, mulch, etc), to transport people/food/items for money, to race or off-road, to tow anything, and any other condition that is not daily driving on improved roads. • The primary driver is responsible for any damages to the vehicle that occur during rental period, including stains on seats, damages to interior, and dents or scratches to the exterior.


  • What kind of fuel is required?
    Premium, 91 octane or higher.
  • Do I have to clean vehicle before returning it?
    You may select to return vehicle without cleaning it for $17 when booking! Otherwise, Turo guidelines state that all vehicles on the platform must be returned in the same condition as when rented. A cleaning fee may be applied at the end of the trip if the vehicle is returned noticeably dirtier inside or out. **PLEASE** Keep rolling luggage and suitcases off of the seats.
  • May I smoke in vehicle?
    No. The car smells pristine and I'd like to keep it that way. A smoke removal fee of up to $250 will be applied if smoke or odors are detected after a trip. This includes e-cigs, marijuana odor, or other odors.
  • What happens if I'm running late?
    If you think you'll be late to return the vehicle, please notify me as soon as possible, and request an extension to your trip via the app. Late fees will apply, per Turo guidelines, if the trip is not extended and the vehicle is returned after the trip has ended.

I had set a trip two weeks prior with another host. I got cancelled on literally 30 minutes before it was set to start. I was heading out the door to pick up the vehicle as I received the message. Well, After contacting customer service, they did an excellent job in getting me set up with Lou for my trip. Lou's Infiniti Q50 is well maintained. Drives great. And has a nice sound system (which is always a perk I look for when setting trips). He was easy going. Communicated well, and everything beyond the initial hiccup with my first host went off without a hitch. I can't recommend setting your trip's with him enough. 5/5
