Is there a fine if the car is returned later than the agreed upon return time?
Yes, as per the Turo policy there will be a fine incurred to you if the car is not returned within the agreed upon return time. If you want to extend the time duration, you need to raise a request through the "Turo" app, and if I am comfortable with the extension I will give a go ahead. If I am not comfortable with the requested extension, I may decline your request for time extension.
What is the procedure to return the car?
In order to return the car, it would be best if you can please communicate with me through the Turo messenger app. You may also call me up on my cell phone. But informing me that you are on your way to return the car will ensure that we are on the same page.
In order to collect the car, I will in person collect the car keys (or my wife in my absence) at the location where the car was delivered to you.
While returning the car, it is requested that you should simply never drop off my car unattended, unlocked, with the car keys inside the car. This will be a serious safety concern, which may lead your Turo account getting frozen.
Is there a fine if the gas is not full when the car is returned?
Yes there will be charges if the gas is not full when the car is returned.
While delivering the car (when I hand over the car keys to you), we will inspect the car together and you will be ensured that the gas is full, and it should be returned with full gas.
Can I return the car at any other location, other than the agreed upon location?
Unless I confirm your request for any change in the car return location, you are requested to return the car to me at the agreed upon location only. Any confirmation/request should be made using the Turo messagener.
What type of gas (grade) we need to fill in the car?
The car requires regular gas (grade 87).
