Ford Fusion 2013
Actually everything from the pickup and drop off was just perfect. Susette was very responsive to the booking. She also dropped off the car to me, which was about 10 miles from my place, and also dropped me back once I returned the car! She also provided me with the iPass for the tolls, which made my life so much easier during my Chicago trip. The car is in perfect condition and very clean, with all the features to make the driving experience really convenient (eg auto adjusting cruise control, in built navigation, etc)
She also showed me her place (which is absolutely fantastic by the way), so close to the nature, and a perfect escape from the noise of city, yet still close to it!
I couldn’t have asked for a better experience! Everything was just PERFECT.
Goes without saying though, that every-time I plan to rent a car here in Ann Arbor, renting it from Susette will always be my primary preference.

Carson's Silverado was fantastic. We used it to move a bunch of furniture and it handled every task with aplomb while keeping us safe and very comfortable. All the tech features were appreciated like Android Auto and Apple Car Play. Ii will definetly rent this truck again when I have the need!

The car is fuel efficient and fun to drive. I only had to fill up gas twice, once during the trip and once at the end before returning, for a trip of 3 days and ~600 miles of travel! Oded is a really nice owner. He was clear with his expectations for the condition of the car. He also delivered the car and offered to give me a ride back to my place after I dropped the car off at this house.

The car radio works great with a phone over bluetooth, however there is no USB port for charging, so make sure to take your own cigarette lighter - USB adapter if you go for a long trip !
