This is a clean, reliable, well-maintained Prius with new Michelin all-weather touring radial tires that give a nice quiet ride. It gets 40-50 miles per gallon.
It was Grandpa's car, and used to go back and forth to church.
We don't use the car too much, so we're offering it to others via Turo.
Please no pets, no smoking. We're really strict about this, and will give negative feedback for folks that abuse this.
Please, we'd appreciate if you use the car for basic transportation, and avoid using it for things like moving your apartment or hauling equipment and anything else like that.
At the end of the trip, please leave cash in the car for any toll road usage that was covered by our EZ PASS transponder. Approximations are fine. Cost estimates can be calculated at this link: https://www.ezdrivema.com/TollCalculator
And, we'd be grateful if you return the car clean.
How do I start the car?
Put foot on brake, and then push the power-on button. The electronic key needs to be in the car, or plugged into the little slot on the dashboard.
What if I travel on Toll Roads such as the Mass Pike. How are the tolls paid?
The car has an EZ-PASS transponder mounted on the windshield. If you travel on toll roads, we ask that you leave a few extra bucks in the car to cover your toll usage. Anything approximate is fine. It's an honor system.
For example, if you go from Rt-128 to the airport, the toll cost is $6.40 round trip.
In case it's helpful, this link gives a way to calculate toll road costs. https://www.ezdrivema.com/TollCalculator
If folks really abuse the Toll road usage, we'll share this on the drivers feedback ratings.
