12/18/15- New oil and car check-up on car performed.
Mark was an excellent, hospitable host, and his car was clean, safe, and great with gas! Pickup and drop-off were a breeze--Mark left me a detailed voicemail prior, and was always available when questions came up. He also conveniently keeps his car stocked with an iphone charger:) Would happily rent from him again--perfect for a weekend getaway.
Mark was a great help when I found a problem with the car. Somehow the two left tires had deflated to about 20psi each -- not enough to ride on the rim, but noticeably low. We stayed in touch and I filled them up at a nearby gas station. No trouble after that. Thank you Mark!
Mark was very flexible about pick-up & drop-off times (we were in a jamb & needed a car at the last minute, & Mark replied immediately), & his car is a pleasure to drive. Beware the convoluted streets of Medford, though: it can be a bit tricky, especially since there can be multiple streets sharing a name nearby in Somerville &/or Cambridge, & many streets change their name w/o warning.
I have rented from Mark the past few weeks and Mark has been a big help for me!! Mark's response time is very quick. Pick up and drop off of the vehicle is very simple. As for the car, the car runs well and it's clean. Also very easy to get in contact with Mark. If you need to rent, rent from Mark. Mark will be a big help for you.

I'd totally rent this car again. You can feel it's well maintained when you drive it. Mark was super responsive to an email I sent to him about two (minor) interior issues, and kindly called me to let me know he's on it. Even though this car is not in a dedicated parking spot, it's easy to find—and it's easy to use with RR's instant reservation technology.
There are not too many cars available via instant reservation Turo and this one was a good ride overall.
There were just a couple of minor issues, which need to be addressed or mentioned in the vehicle description. The tire pressure light was on for the duration of the entire reservation. I am not sure if it had much of an effect during my trip, but I wanted to point it out. Additionally, the windshield wiper blades need to be replaced - it was raining during my drive and they were leaving smears, making it somewhat hard to see.
The car worked out great overall, easy to unlock and good gas mileage. The only downside was the tire pressure was very low and I had to stop and remedy this. In addition the maintenance required light was on during the trip.
Always clean, in good condition, easy to locate/ There is only one thing that wasn't in the car last time and again this time and that was the form to fill out upon inspection and make notes of any dings, scratches etc BEFORE your rental begins. I had to call it in to make sure Turo was notified. But had no documentation. I think there should always be a new form in the car, no?
