*This is a full-size car. The GT is built on the 7 series platform and thus closer to the 7 series in size and luxury features than the 5 series. This vehicle combines the luxury of a sedan, the versatility and space of a crossover, and the elegance of a coupe.

PICKUP/DROP OFF OPTIONS:
- Complimentary AIRPORT pickup and drop off requires key exchange at HQ in Chelsea, 3 miles away.
- Complimentary SOUTH STATION pickup and drop off requires a minimum 3 day reservation and key exchange at HQ in Chelsea, 4.5 miles away.
- Complimentary PARKING by driving your car to the pickup address and leaving your car in a secure garage for the duration of your trip.

When you rent a vehicle from an owner through Turo, you must use the vehicle only for your personal use and not for any commercial purposes (e.g. driving for Uber or Lyft).

I want you to feel comfortable and relaxed during your driving experience. The following guidelines are intended to maintain the vehicle in the best condition possible. Please be mindful of these simple requests and everything will be fine!

**NO SMOKING***
Do not smoke in or near the car, any smoke smell will incur a $500 charge. Additional cleaning charge to restore vehicle's condition may apply.

**NO PETS**
Any pet smell will incur additional charges $250 plus any cleaning costs needed to restore vehicle's condition.

**NO FOOD**
Absolutely No Food in the car please, let's try to maintain the clean smell of the car. Cleaning charge applies for non-compliance plus a fee of $250.

**SEATS CARE**
Do not place any items on the seats or dashboard. Please only place objects you are carrying with you in the trunk or on the floor mats.

**CLEANING**
Please do not attempt to clean the exterior of the vehicle. Exterior washes are included with your reservation.

Please do not attempt to clean the interior of the vehicle with any product as it may deteriorate the plastics and leather. (NO Armor All or other chemicals.) Only a clean microfiber towel with water may be used should you choose to clean the interior. The interior must be returned as clean as it was delivered to you. If the interior is left unclean there will be a cleaning charge.

**WHEELS & TIRES**
Guests are responsible for any damages to the wheels and tires. Please be careful when approaching any curbs or potholes. The larger wheel diameters and lower profile tires of modern cars will scratch, bend, or crack if not careful. Any damage will incur a minimum $150 charge due immediately at the end of the reservation + the cost to repair.

**RE-FUELING**
Guests are responsible for replacing any gas used during the trip. ONLY use 93/92 Premium Octane Fuel. If any other octane is used there will be an extra charge at the end of your reservation. Please kindly keep your fuel receipts that show the fuel octane used in case there are any discrepancies.

You may return the car without refueling but there is a $10 convenience fee plus the cost of fuel due at end of trip.

**TOLL ROADS**
The vehicle is equipped with EZ Pass and you are responsible for reimbursing the cost of the tolls you use. You do not need to stop and pay cash. Simply pass through EZ Pass sensors.

**PICK UP & RETURN**
Vehicle must be picked up or received at the exact time of the reservation. The vehicle may be returned before or at the end of the reservation time. Any other time cannot be guaranteed and you risk losing the reservation (15 min tolerance). If you think you cannot make it on time to the reservation please let me know 48 hours in advance to figure out a better time to start or end the reservation.
