Vugar's communication prior to trip was prompt and we coordinated the details with our flight times. A mechanical issue with car we had originally rented so he notified us and offered a comparable replacement. The car pickup at airport went smoothly. We were handed key and we were on our way. The drop off however wasn't as smooth. We were at our drop off point before appointed time and waited 15-20 with no response to calls or texts. We were concerned about getting through security and to our flight. We ended up parking car and leaving key in unlocked car and letting him know where it was parked. He reached out later to apologize and said there had been a miscommunication. Not sure exactly what that meant but perhaps it was with whomever he was sending to get car since. Other than drop off situation all went well but now I'm not sure about using turo again since the end of the last trip was a negative experience.

Dishonesty: We rented his Toyota Camry for a 6 days trip. We noticed the windshield wiper switch was broken on the second day of when it was raining outside. We assumed it was a pre-aware issue and trusted all the positive reviews. After returning the car, the owner accused us from breaking the windshield wiper switch. Luckily, Turo declined his claim as he accidentally revealed his acknowledgement toward broken windshield wiper during the dispute process.
Pick-up & Return: Both delivery and return of the vehicle were late for more than 30 min. We have clearly notify the owner the time and our flight information. It is the owner's responsibility to promptly delivery the vehicle on time.
Listing Accuracy: The owner claimed he had EZ pass for toll. It ended up there's no Ez pass in the car and we were charged the higher rate for toll. If we were notified earlier, we would definitely bring our own pass or maybe take routes that avoids the toll. Meanwhile, the owner was trying to make us pay the toll fee that weren't from our trip.
According to our experience, the trip is full of scams and inconveniences. If you are still planning to rent a vehicle from Mr. Vulgar, please fully inspect the vehicle in every detail upon delivery for your own safety and protection.
