The picture in the add showed a clean CLS550, but when I arrived to pick up the car I immediately noticed that the passenger side headlight was sunk in, the passenger side fog light was busted, & the front bumper was cracked with a hole in it. There was also a huge scrape on the drivers side rear quarter panel where someone had side swiped the car. To make matters even worse, the license plate tags where out dated, and the rims on the car where rusty. I refused to take the car, & was told by David that I would have to cancel my trip through the Turo app. Totally unprofessional! I was left without a car for the day. Never again!
