Elina’s 2018 Fiesta is AMAZING. It drives so smoothly, and is very good on gas! It was clean and well kept up! It felt practically brand new like it was just picked up from the dealership! this was my 2nd time using Elina’s services! I don’t want to rent from anyone else when I come home to visit Chicago from LA! She is not only on time, but early! She is a great communicator. She’s extremely understanding as well! My first time using Turo was made fantastic because of Elina and her fantastic 2017 Hyundai Elantra.
Great service, easy communication and the ease of pickup and drop-off at ORD/Chicago O'Hara Airport. I would rent from Elina again the next time I come to visit Chicago.
Elina's 2017 Elantra got great gas mileage, was very comfortable and had all the bells and whistles including built-in large screen GPS MAPPING as well SitusXM radio.

Original car not available on arrival to ORD. Alexander paid for a cab for us to get into Chicago and then delivered to us another car as we arrived in Chicago. Car was of higher quality, but same rate as the car I originally booked. He more than made up for the issue with the original car we booked. I would rent from Alexander again

Elina was the sweetest and so respectful of our plans in the city. She called us and picked us up as soon as we landed in Chicago and made check-in very quick and easy. Her car was in excellent condition: clean, full of gas, and driving perfectly. For check out she was more than willing to meet up earlier so we could get to our flight a little earlier. Check out was just as quick and easy as check in and she drove us to departures. If you want an affordable, reliable vehicle for your time in Chicago, book from Abraham.
He arranged for us to be picked up from O'Hare and got us set up with the car, a Mitsubishi Gallant. The car was very clean, ran well, incredible on gas. The price charged was extremely reasonable and for what you get, I'd rent it again from him if/when I return to Chicago. Getting around is a big part of any trip and Abraham made it a seamless convenience more than anything else!

Eric took my request the day before I arrived in Chicago after my last Turo person cancelled on me last minute and after going through Tito’s robotic and awful customer service. He was super great with communicating with me and left the car at the airport parking lot so I could drive as soon as I arrived to ORD. The car was comfortable, picked up well and heated up fast (very nice winter driver!) thank you Eric for being so awesome!

2nd Turo Trip & Eric saved the day! My OTHER paid Turo reservation cancelled day before the trip FROM FL to Chicago. Eric was communicative and flexible offering other car options. Car was clean and ready, and pick up instructions were idiot proof. I mistakenly drove to a closer lot to drop off, upon return -even though I didn't know it would be more $$... Eric worked with me to just pay the extra. Scion's got a 10 Gallon tank and it gets GREAT mileage!! Just pick up some extra Windshield wiper fluid if driving in Chicago in Winter snow showers. Us Southerners aren''t used to that- LOL- Eric has many options and will look for renting from him again.

My few days renting Rod's fiesta was wonderful! I grew up in the Chicago area, but I have been living in LA. This past weekend I came to visit town for interviews and to see friends and family. The convenient airport drop off went very smoothly! Rod and his wife were very understanding of my delayed flight. Rod had excellent communication with me as well and was accommodating to my needs. All around the car was excellent on gas, I only filled up once within my 4 days in town, and o was driving around to different suburbs and downtown! The car was very cleanly as well as a smooth drive! I definitely would recommend Rod's cars to anyone in the Chicago-land area needing Turo service.

She kept us posted as she incurred slight delay due to very heavy Chicago traffic on the way to the O'Hare airport, and her updates made it easy for us waiting for the car - this being our first experience with Turo. The Model 3 was amazing and when it was time to return, we wanted to catch an earlier flight and Elina adjusted her schedule to meet us at the airport several hours early. I don’t know why anyone would go back to traditional (legacy) rental car companies when folks like Elina are making their cars available to others.

I think for Elina they should invent the 6th star on this rating scale! You honestly can't expect any better car rental experience.
She picked me up at the airport at 6 am just as planned, was extremely friendly and positive (despite the early time) and parked her other car just a mile away from the terminal so I was able to get to my appointment perfectly on time.
The return was just as great and easy.
The car is the best, cleanest Elantra I've ever seen. Brand new and fully loaded even with satellite radio!
I am just so extremely happy I was able to rent through Elina. She takes this really professionally. I am looking forward to rent from her again when I'm in Chicago!

I rented Ryan's Accord and it was the perfect car for driving around Chicago for a week. Very clean inside and out and it comfortably fit our Bob Jogging stroller, large suitcase, two rollers and three backpacks in addition to providing ample rear seating for two children in car seats with an adult in the middle. The gas mileage was excellent and it is an easy car to park and maneuver. I especially appreciate Ryan meeting us at the curb when we got our bags and the convenient drop off as well. Great Turo experience and I highly recommend. Lastly, the cost was over $100 less than enterprise because of the city taxes, so I'll rent here again on future visits.

Definitely beats trekking with luggage to the rental car desk to pick up a car and deal with their frequent attitudes. Returning the car was just as easy. We were able to enjoy it for the weekend, see family and friends, drop it off with her at Departures, AND save a ton of money over renting with a big company. Elina is wonderful, and we loved her candor and attitude. We will definitely rent from her the next time we're in Chicago.

Ford Explorer 2016
Kevin was a credit to the Turo model on every level! His offer of airport delivery and drop off was perfect and his flexibility was exceptional. We had a son going off to college and he allowed us to make changes to the coordination both at the beginning and the end of the trip. He was very polite, attentive and highly responsive! We will always look for Kevin when we return to Chicago and we will definitely rent from him again since he made our trip so easy! I would have scored his service "6" stars if that choice was available!!!

Eric was very quick to respond to text. He gave me clear directions. The car was clean, appeared new, and drove great. I wouldn't change a thing, if I needed to rent another car for Chicago. Great experience!

Jeffery provided the best TURO experience ever. When I use TURO again I hope I get treatment and quality service like I got from him. His vehicle is clean and well maintain. Flexibly with pick ups and drop off was on point and response with communicating is right away. If I can give Jeffery more stars I absolutely would. When I'm in Chicago again I'm going to only rent a vehicle from him. Thanks again Jeffery for your awesome service.

Ford Fusion 2015
This was my first time using Turo. I don't think I'll go back to old fashion rental cars, too much trouble and too expensive. The Ford Fusion was waiting for me in the airport parking lot when I arrived. Eric was quick to text me back if I had questions. My only reservation about giving Eric a glowing review is I'm worried he'll get too much business which will make it harder for me to get a car from him next time I'm in town. So I'll end the review by saying I found a body in the trunk of the car and nearly went to prison for a murder I didn't commit....so please don't use this guy, he's got serious demons. *Incase it wasn't totally clear, that was a joke. Eric was great. The car was perfect and clean...and there were no bodies in the trunk. Lucky for me (and everyone else in Chicago) Eric has quite a few cars to rent.

Super helpful, it was my first visit in Chicago, he gave me all the inside tips where to eat where to hang out where to go, arrived to the airport right away and even dropped us back off hands down this was a great trip and he was a great person to rent from
