Camping is anywhere from free or $3-$15 a night with showers & facilities. There are also beach parks everywhere all over the island with free showers & bathrooms at virtually every beach. Google maps is a great resource to find camping spots on the Island as well as a book I provide called Maui Revealed - this would be the ultimate guidebook with all of the resources for which you’d likely be looking.
