Justin was great with communication and the car was so easy to pick up and return to the airport, however if you plan to do a lot of exploring around the island the electric car is quite stressful. The car charges to about 60miles but goes down much faster than that and there is only charging stations in specific areas on the island. Some you have to pay for and some you can't use unless you're a guest at the hotel it's located at. Great car in theory, but when you're driving down a dark road and the battery has only 9 miles left and it starts flashing "low battery" you will wish you could just fill the tank with gas.
