We rented the car from Jonathan from November 7th at 7pm to November 21st 6pm.We had to pick the car from the specified location but it was a hassle to get to Jonathan place since it's about 3 miles from the bus station and we couldn't find any taxi to take us there. The key was not placed in the location he specified and after 10 minutes of searching the key we were able to get inside the car. When we opened the light we saw that there was about 2inches of water pooling on the floor in the back. A friend living at the house where the car was located came with some big towels and helped us get the water out from the car. There was mold on the steering wheel, back seat, seat belts, and other places in the car. Since it was night and we just wanted o get to a place to sleep for that night, we got the car like this and because the next day was Election Day we were stuck with the car for 2 days. I let Jonathan know the next day about the car and sent him pictures. Jonathan said that we could take the car back and he will refund the money or keep the car if we want and he will refund us back $100. Since we already cleaned the entire car outside and inside from all the mold and dirt, we accepted to keep the car and get $100 refund. We talked with Jonathan on the phone, text and we had to send him the pictures several times because he was saying he can't see them on Turo. Jonathan seemed like a really nice guy and he apologized for the inconvenience. The car performed well and after we cleaned all the mold and dirt it was a good car to drive. We asked Jonathan if we could drop the car at a different location in order to be closer to the bus station. He was nice enough to arranged to drop off the car at another friend's house closer to bus station. The bad thing is that we didn't receive any refund for our trouble so far. I'm still waiting to get the refund through PayPal as Jonathan promised but nothing so far.
