Description
There is a newish midnight blue car to get you to and from your destinations. Safe and legal. This car has a keyless ignition. Very spacious in this 4-door car. 5 people could seat comfortably in this car. Cold A/C. Screen music system with Bluetooth connection for calls and voice connection to your phone's GPS system. Back-up camera with parking assist is also installed in this car. There is a USB connection and an AUX connection as needed.

Could hold 2-3 large suitcases in the boot. Great on gas and takes about 40 dollars to fill up (unleaded).

*As I am overseas and will not be there personally to hand off my car to you. My mom, Abbie, will be the middle man on our Turo transactions. Lucky for me, she is open to delivery, but with a fee as she lives in Kapolei. Please see the delivery section on information about that.

Parking details
In Hawaiʻi, you will almost ALWAYS need to carry a roll of quarters for off-street parking.
Delivery details
Pickup is ideal at our family home in Kapolei, for that there is no fee. I could arrange for delivery if needed but with extra cost. As my delivery person (my mother), lives about 30 minutes away from the airport on the westside, advanced notice is nice. Please leave some time to drop her off at Ala Moana mall or along a major bus stop so she can make her way back home. (It costs about 30-50 dollars for a Lyft/Uber to get back home). She may even give you pointers and tips if you ask.

Airport Pick-ups- Message details of which airline and time of pickup and drop off.

**I am very lucky with her open availability. If you would like the car a little earlier than the app allows, please let us know of the time you desire.
Guidelines
Beach trips in Hawaiʻi and sandy toes are totally expected. Please treat this car as it is your own. Smoking outside the car is preferred.

Return the car in the same condition that is given to you (clean and tank full) just as any car rental place. If you are in a rush, you are welcome to leave some money for my mom to run it through a car wash to hand over to the next Turo user.
FAQs
How do I turn on the car with the keyless ignition?
You must unlock door with remote key. Key can be anywhere IN the front of car (will not turn on if keys are in the boot). Hold brakes down and push ignition start key on right of steering wheel at the same time.
What happens if the remote key battery dies?
There us a clasp on remote key to pull back. Seperate top and bottom and a silver key should be inside the remote. At this point, you will need to get out of the car, put the silver key into the keyhole on driver side door, turn and listen for the door to manually unlock. Get back into car, push on foot brake and press start button. Please let me know if this happens. We have a spare back at house if you need.
Why is there a fee for airport pickups?
Since the car is in Kapolei (about 30 mins from airport), you can either make your way out of a taxi/lyft/uber or request a pick up from wherever. As my delivery person needs a way back, I need to arrange for her transport back home.
