My first time using turo & my original trip was cancelled by the owner. So I found Bing's Scion XB. Let's just say I'm getting a Scion for myself! Lol besides the carpets not vacuumed and the "maintenance req" light was on the car ran really good, very good on gas! Bing was very nice. All in all I would rent from Bing again.
Bing changed the pick up location the day before the pick up, which I did not mind since it was actually a little closer to me, but when I got there to pick up the car at 10:00 am I had a hard time finding the place, I thought it was on the Safeway parking lot, but it was actually a Rental Car Lot next to it, when I finally saw Bing, it took her about 15 minutes to find the key because she had so many different keys, when she finally found the key, she still had to move 2 different cars so that I could get out. It took almost 40 minutes for me to drive away. The car was great, I had a great time with my family, but we had to end our trip a bit early and had to be at the airport at 7 am so I HAD to return the car 4 hours earlier. I called and messaged Bing many times the day before to tell her the situation, but she never answered or replied to any of my messages, so I told her that I would drop off the car that morning in the lot that I picked it up and leave the key under the mat. She never replied. In the morning when I went to drop of the car before leaving to the airport, I messaged again with no reply. I was already on my way to the airport when she began messaging me that that was too early and that I had to drop of the car in her home.
I went over the miles, and had no problem paying for the extra miles, but she also wanted to charge me $20 for a cleaning fee, her claim was Denied because I had vacuumed the car the night before and left it clean.
