This RENTAL IS HORRIBLE! Car is DIRTY inside and has BALD TIRES ON FRONT, HEADLIGHT WAS OUT, NO WIPER FLUID, BAD WIPER BLADES. I had to purchase a headlight bulb at Walmart because I was fearful of being stopped and having a ticket or worse happen in ALABAMA. The owner didn’t respond to 1 call or text, I called at least 10 times picking up the car. Essentially had to play hide and seek to find the car, Turo withdrew my money but I hadn’t heard from owner. Gated community, got lucky enough to have a bad ass Uber driver who pulled in the Out gate when someone was leaving to help me get to the car. Luckily it was unlocked and had key inside in the pouch on passenger seat. I sent a message about the headlights and wipers saying I’d gladly replace if I was reimbursed. Still replaced headlight for my own peace of mind. I feel very SWINDLED! No transponder to return car to parking spot, had to park at the rental office for community and leave car to catch flight. 4 days I had the car and never heard a word from the owner.

This was my first time using Turo and the car was dirty the front wind shield you couldn't even see out of. I cleaned the outside but it was the inside that was dirty. I didn't feel like I should have to clean the inside. There was a dirty rag on the passenger seat. The host was unavailable upon dropping the car off I had to wait outside of the apartment complex gate until someone was nice enough to let me in. The host did not pick up his phone for almost an hour. It was my birthday and I had a dinner reservation that we were 20 miniutes late to. he finally called back as I was on the phone with Turo and said his phone was broken and to leave the keys in the back of the car. Overall a bad experience for the first one, I hope if I ever use this service again it will be better.
