The vehicle developed a problem on the last day of the reservation and had to be towed. The TURO app did not provide help in a way that I could find it (it's there, you just have to know where), so I contacted the owner Isaac directly.
After reaching TURO roadside assistance it took a full hour for the tow to arrive. The driver was very courteous and friendly.
The disabled vehicle was towed to shop designated by Isaac, where he had a backup vehicle available for the remainder of my reservation.
Isaac was very responsive throughout this episode and did as much as he could to expedite help and minimize my trip disruption.
TURO subsequently provided a credit towards a future reservation.
