This 2010 Hyundai Accent is sporty and quick, while very fuel-efficient. It takes Regular gas and is equipped with a 1.6 liter engine and Automatic transmission. It's a two door hatchback with seating for up to 5 passengers. It has plenty of space in the back and even more space if you collapse the rear seats. Driver's seat has height adjustment and an armrest. Safety features include ABS and six airbags: front, sides and curtains. Keyless entry and power windows and doors. Interior of the car is very clean without any kind of damage and it's a non-smoking car. Smoking is prohibited in the car.
This car is becoming popular on Turo and I like to drive it myself on highways, so the odometer mileage on this Accent will soon reach 110,000 miles. It may seem high, but the car is in top mechanical condition. Transmission shifts smoothly. Engine runs smoothly and is good on power. Steering is precise without any "play" in it. Timing belt was replaced at 60k and will be replaced again at 120k. Tires are very recent and currently have about 80% tread on them. Brake pads, rotors and shoes have recently been replaced and the car stops quickly. I maintain my cars on a pre-set schedule and all the maintenance is done properly on this car.
Car comes with a factory CD/mp3 stereo, which has an AUX input and a USB iPod input. I've added a Bluetooth upgrade, which will allow you to stream music from your phone wirelessly and talk on your phone hands free. I've installed a smartphone mount and a 4-port USB charger. Charging cables are provided at no extra cost to you for iPhones (Lightning and 30-pin), micro-USB (Android or Windows phones) and USB-C (newer Android and Macbooks). There's a Garmin GPS installed in the car with its own traffic data and most current maps. This way you can always charge your smartphone in the car and use it for GPS navigation. This car can switch between Eco and Standard modes via dashboard button and easily achieves 30 mpg combined and 35 mpg highway when set to Eco mode.
I've purchased roadside assistance services for this car, so you will get quick help anywhere in USA in case if you're locked out of the car or if you'll happen to have a flat tire. Car is parked near a bus line for bus 140. Just take a Red line Marta train from ATL airport to North Springs station and then switch to bus 140 "North Point/Mansell P/R" and ride it to Encore Parkway bus stop, which is near North Point Mall in Alpharetta. Alternatively, you can take Uber of Lyft from North Springs Marta station to my car's location near North Point mall, which is a 10 minute drive.
I'm not interested in road trip rentals or short term rentals less than 5 days. I'm mostly interested in local long term rentals of one month or longer and my "Miles included" number is higher than many other cars here. This means less risk for you having to pay for excess mileage on your rental. I have set my rates low to provide an affordable rental for somebody who needs an everyday commute car, but doesn't want the hassle of car maintenance or repair. My car is usually parked in Alpharetta near exit 11 off of GA-400 freeway. There's a bus stop nearby for bus line #141. I meet everyone in person for pickups and returns. I will provide additional instructions and details after you will submit your reservation request.
The overall experience was an incomparable difference to renting from a major car company. I really expected it to be a little harder to get started with a lot more red tape and ALEX was the superstar.. As I waited for the mechanical repairs to be finished on my vehicle Alex was assays on the ball making sure his vehicle was avaiable for me if I needed to extend the rent beyond the original end date..which I did 5 times..Alex is courteous and polite and just an over all pleasure to deal with... In fact I like dealing with Alex so much I stayed long after Turos "glitchy" app screwed up my reservation 3 times... Watch the calendar Turo uses to book with. Its days of the week are not the right day of the month.. According to Turo September 11, 2016 is a Tuesday on the calendar but it's a Sunday(correct) in the booking which you don't notice.. This got me three times and TURO doesn't care much.... Again if it wasn't for Alex??? I would have left Turo a long time ago!!!
