To be honest, I didn't want to review Najma, because I did want to be nice, but as so far I didn't receive an apology for her attitude, there you go. The car wasn't as nice as on photos, the "short trip nearby" to drop her off is over 15 miles from the airport going east, and it translates to 25 min with no traffic or over 1hr afternoon traffic one way. The wheels are blackened, the front bottom of the car that she sneakily doesn't include in the photo is broken, and for that I even got harassed by mechanics looking for business while driving around. Noises come from bottom, and it's a pain driving in traffic overall. Consumes around 18.7 MPG, not 22 as advertized. Another thing, she never showed up, I found out the young cousin would pick up and drop off only after the car was booked and paid for. He will be late so take an extra 15 min to wait for. Expect to be charged 20$ fee for "detailing" the car from those flies you'll get on the highway/woods after you drive back and forth to their condo before you leave, and take about 3 hrs because you'll need it. Make sure to have extra gas with you to fill it up after being their chauffeur or be ready to pay some $50 extra for the flies +gas. She will harass you for days with messages for those $50, like they were 50thousand. And won't accept the facts because she is such a splendid person. And Turo will drag this whole mess for some days because of their lazy customer service. That's some of the little things I want clients like me to know, so they prepare for it. By the way, this was Turo's substitute for the car I had chosen 3 months in advance for my vacation. Third world service!
