Q: Do you drop off or pick up cars cars at the airport?
A: Yes. All of the time.

Q: What are your vehicle delivery charges?
A: Delivery charges vary by your location and the kind of vehicle you want. We have the prices listed on the Turo website of the more popular delivery and pick up spots in our area. For locations outside of the ones listed, please call us at 727-308-8099 or visit our website directly for the delivery fees of some of the more familiar spots.

Q: How do I arrange the delivery of my lease/rental?
A: We do our best to have your vehicle will be waiting for you at the airport when you arrive; however, all reservations for delivery must be made at least 3 hours in advance of drop off time. Any changes or alterations to the delivery or pick-up locations / times with less than 24 hour notice may incur an additional fee.

Q: What happens if my flight is leaving soon and I do not have time to drop the vehicle off at your location or meet you for a scheduled drop off?
A: You can drop your rental off right at the airport parking garage. You must call us in advance for instructions, the place to drop off the vehicle, and the drop off code. Additional fees apply.

Q: Can I arrange a vehicle pick up or drop off outside your normal business hours?
A: Yes. Schedule your pickup and drop off times outside of normal business hours at least 24 hours in advance by calling 727-308-8099.

Q: Can I leave my vehicle at your office?
A: Yes. We have parking behind a gated area that is monitored by cameras 24/7. All pick up and drop off leases/rentals at our office must be scheduled at least 3 hours in advance.

Q: Do you offer door-to-door pickup & drop off service at my airport, hotel, and home?
A: Yes. We offer airport, hotel, and home pickup and drop off services to the surrounding airports and other locations; however, there is a drop-off and pickup fee. We will deliver your vehicle to you almost anywhere within a 50 miles radius. Please remember, all pickup & drop off services must be pre-arranged at least 24 hours in advance and a separate fee for this service will apply and less than 24 hour notice will have an additional surcharge.

Q: Will I be charged if I change my mind about the delivery time and/or location or where I want the vehicle delivered or change my mind altogether and now want to pick the car up?
A: Yes. We do our best to get your desired vehicle where you want it on time. If you make any changes less than 24 hours before the scheduled pickup drop off times, we have to charge you for the service.

Q: Do you offer one-way leases/rentals outside of Florida?
A: No. All leases/rentals are for in-state use only and all leases/rentals must be returned to our location or returned to our scheduled destination.

_____Insurance Cost:
Exotic Luxury Rental, LLC. requires each lessee/renter to display to us at or before the time of delivery of their rental car that they carry the Florida state minimum auto insurance cover on their own personal vehicle(s). This includes but may not be limited to the following insurance coverage: In Florida, the minimum requirement is $10,000 personal injury protection (PIP) and $10,000 property damage liability (PDL). If you have more coverage, that is acceptable proof of coverage.

_____Deposit:
Rental of this vehicle requires a refundable deposit of $199.00 at the time of delivery. Deposit can be paid by major credit card: Visa, MasterCard, or American Express. American Express is preferred as they only put a hold on the deposited amount and return it to you quicker after the rental has ended. Otherwise, the deposit will be refunded within 72 hours of the end of the rental contract if not damages or additional fees were incurred by the lessee/renter during the lease/rental period.

_____Customer Information:
Exotic Luxury Rental retains the customer's rental information during the term of the rental. All of the customer’s personal detailed rental information, except for personal contact details, are completely erased 90 days after the rental contract has been concluded. -Cleaning fees are charged only if the rental is brought back in a condition that requires a complete auto detail. Otherwise, we do not charge a cleaning fee for each rental.
-Smoking in the car cleaning fee is $500.00. If any sort of smoking is detected in the rented vehicle, we charge you a special cleaning fee. PERIOD! We can not rent any vehicle that has even the slightest trace of smoke smell. Some people have sever allergies and get grossly sick from the smell of any type of smoking product.

_____Roadside Assistance:
-Every car has roadside assistance. You also get a personal concierge, their cell phone number, with each rental from Exotic Luxury Rental that you can contact from 7am - 10pm 7 days a week. You can also contact the roadside assistance number on the sticker placed inside the glovebox of each rental car. If something unexpected happens, call us.

_____Extra Mileage cost:
We charge $1.99 for each additional mile that you go over your contract allowed mileage. If you go over 250 extra miles during your rental, there is an excessive milage fee of $250 plus the additional per mileage cost.

Things You Must NOT Do With One Of Our Vehicles____

Contract Violations
All contracts can be canceled, or accelerated to abusive status, at the sole discretion of Exotic Luxury Rental. Please note that all vehicles are equipped with a monitoring system. Some of the items that can cause the rental contract to be canceled:
- Driving recklessly
- Operating any vehicle while under the influence of alcohol or controlled substance
- Failure to promptly report an accident to the police and Exotic Luxury Rental or failure to complete an accident report
- Driving in restricted areas
- Driving on unpaved roads
- Driving on any other surface other than a state or county maintained road
- Obtaining the vehicle through fraud or misrepresentation
- Towing or pushing anything
- Leaving the vehicle and failing to remove the keys
- Failure to close and lock all doors resulting in the car being stolen or vandalized
- Rigorous driving of ANY sort
- Redlining
- Hot rodding ( high RPM)
- Harsh braking
- Operating in a venue designed for racing
- Operating vehicle in a manner which is contravention of the traffic laws made and enforced by the local and state authorities
- Rapid acceleration (in excess of standard MPH/s)
- Adjusting or effecting any GPS or other monitoring system on the vehicle
- Evidence of smoking in vehicle
- Rental is kept longer than time allotted or infringes upon the contracted time

Q: What are some basic things I should remember when I use one of your vehicles?
A: Here are a few, but not limited to, of the things you can NOT do with one of our vehicles: No breaking of any laws. No illegal purpose or illegal activity. No texting while driving. No drunk or buzzed driving. No Speeding. No eating in the cars. No unpaid tolls. No tickets. No returning the vehicle to us uncleaned. Absolutely NO smoking in the vehicle - $500 cleaning fee will apply. No exceeding any posted speed limits. No using our vehicles to tow, be towed, push any other vehicle of any sort, absolutely no racing of any sort or kind, and off-roading. Please make sure you replace any fuel used with premium fuel only.

For the security and privacy of our customers, all lease/rental reservations must be done online or in-person at our St Petersburg Fl office. To reserve a vehicle, browse our selection of vehicle and click follow the online reservation prompts. Complete your reservation details and include any coupon codes, delivery address, or additional information needed. Credit cards are charged immediately upon reservation of the vehicle. Your security deposit will not be required until the day you take possession of the vehicle. Our standard rental period is from 11am - 11am the next business day. You are able to pickup and drop off vehicles during our normal business hours: Monday - Friday: 9am - 5pm, Saturday: 10am - 2pm, Sunday 11am - 1pm. Exotic Luxury Rental, LLC., lessor, uses several internet platforms to book reservations of our vehicles. ELR does require an additional agreement be signed by the Lessee/Renter at the time of delivery. ELR reserves the right to refuse delivery of any vehicle to any lessee/Renter if lessee/Renter refuses to abide by ELR’s specific Terms of Agreement. Q: Do I need a major credit card to lease/rent one of your cars?
A: Yes. We require that all lessees/renters have a major credit card on file for every lease/rental; even if you are settling the final payment in cash.
Q: Do I need personal auto coverage insurance to lease/rent one of your vehicles?
A: Yes. You are required to meet the minimum levels of insurance required by state law. This can be done by using the insurance provided by Turo when booking your vehicle or providing us proof that your own personal auto insurance is in place and is effective for the duration of your rental with us.
Q: How old do I have to be to lease/rent one of your vehicle?
A: That depends on the vehicle you lease/rent. Most leases/rentals require you be 25 years old or older. For the Exotic line of vehicles such as the Ferrari, Porsche, or such type vehicles, the minimum age is 30 +. All drivers must have clean driving records, no DUI or equivalent convictions, major moving violations, or similar infractions. Any of these conditions will prohibit you from leasing/renting with us.
Q: Do I have to take possession of the vehicle in person or can I send someone else to pick up my car?
A: All lessees/renters must be physically present at the start of the lease/rental. We do not allow any 3rd parties to pick up vehicles. Our employees must physically hand the keys to the person who will be leasing/renting & driving the vehicle.
Q: What are some ABSOLUTE things that will CANCEL MY RIGHT TO USE THE CAR, CANCEL MY RESERVATION, and forfeit my deposit?
A: NO rigorous driving of any sort, see our complete definition of rigorous driving. NO driving in restricted areas. No reckless driving. No driving under the influence of alcohol or any other controlled substance. Failure to promptly report an accident to police and Exotic Luxury Rental. No driving on unpaved roads. No obtaining the rental vehicle under any sort of false or fraudulent means. No allowing an unauthorized person to operate our vehicle at any time. No carrying any person for hire. ABSOLUTELY no racing, rally, speed contests, speed endurance contest, demonstration, operating our vehicles near any racetrack or road course. No teaching someone how to drive. For these and any other contract violation, we reserve the right to respond aggressively and quickly to any violation that we deem a threat to our property and the public as a whole. This includes but is not limited to the following: cancel your right to operate our lease/rental, accelerate your lease/rental agreement to abusive status, shut the vehicle’s ability to operate off electronically, and retrieved the vehicle immediately. All of which, you will be personally liable for any and all expenses we incur. If your security deposit does not cover our expenses, your will be personally responsibility for the balance over and above your initial deposit. We want you to have a memorable experience and we will do anything we can to help you with such; however, safety first.
Q: Do you allow additional drivers to drive the leases/rentals?
A: No. Absolutely NO 3rd party drivers. At this time we do not allow our leases/rentals to be driven by anyone else but the primary person on leasing/renting the vehicle. This is subject to change in the future so please ask us directly at the time of lease/rental.
Q: Do I need to post a “Damage Security Deposit” to lease/rent one of your vehicles?
A: Yes. A deposit is required on most of our vehicles for security reasons. The deposit is returned to you at the end of your rental term providing there are no outstanding issues with the vehicle that you leased/rented. The vehicle must be inspected thoroughly. This usually takes 3 -5 business days after the end of your lease/rental. If there are additional mileage charges or minor damages, they are billed from your deposit and the balance is refunded back onto your credit card. If you are using an American Express card for the deposit, it is run as an “authorization only” (no actual charge). If you are using a Visa, Master Card, or other major credit card this deposit is ran as a charge which is then reversed following the completion of the lease/rental.
Q: How much will the security deposit be?
A: The required security deposit is based on the type of vehicle you lease/rent. Deposits can range anywhere from $250 - $10,000+.
Q: What is your cancellation policy?
A: The vehicle you reserve is the car you get! To do this, we have to pack our schedule very tightly at times; thus, we have to be a little bit sticky with our cancellation policy, no show policy, reschedule policy, and our vehicle return policy. After a reservation is made, we authorize your credit card for the full cost of the lease/rental. Here is the basic breakdown: cancel within 24 hours from the time you made your reservation, 100% refund of all charges; cancel 7 days or more before your trip starts, 100% refund of trip price refunded but $0 of the 3rd party billing fees such as Turo etc if there are any such fees; cancel three (3) to seven (7) days before your trip is scheduled to start, 50% of the trip price is refunded but $0 of the billing fees such as Turo etc are refunded if there are any such fees; cancel one (1) to three (3) days before your trip is scheduled to start, $0 trip price and $0 trip fees such as Turo etc, if there are any such fees, are refunded. All charges will be charged to the reservation credit card on file and or money will be deducted from any deposit that is on file. Please understand that there are no exceptions to this cancellation policy. We do not mean to sound heartless, but you would be amazed at the number of last-minute deaths in the family, serious illnesses, sick pets, sick mothers and mother-in-laws, and falling skies that people tell us about.
Q: Do you have GPS tracking device in your vehicles?
A: Yes. All of our vehicles have a GPS tracking device which monitors aggressive driving, aggressive stopping, and aggressive acceleration. Speed, location, general conditions are also monitored. Each vehicle also has electronic remote shut off capabilities.
Q: Do you run MVR / DMV reports before you rent me the vehicle?
A: Yes. We reserve the right to run a Motor Vehicle Record report on all renters prior to the start of the lease/rental in order to verify a valid and clean driver’s license/record.
Q: Do you lease/rent to International visitors?
A: Yes. International driver’s license & passport is required. We need all reservations to be booked at least two (2) business day in advance; this does not include holidays or any days that we could have a difficulty confirming the validity of your driver’s licenses in your home country. Note: if international lessees/renters desire to rent one of our Luxury or Exotic vehicles, the international lessee/renter must provide proof of insurance. An extra security deposit might be required depending on the vehicle you lease/rent.
Q: Do I need to have a valid driver's license to lease/rent one of your vehicles?
A: Yes. You must have a valid driver’s license, not a driving permit, and it must have been in effect and in good standing for a time period of not less than one (1) year prior to the time of your lease/rental.
Q: Are all weekend leases/rentals a two (2) day minimum?
A: Yes. Hourly rates and leases/rentals are not offered on the weekends or holidays: Friday, Saturday, or Sunday. That is unless you rent one of our vehicles as a walk-in customer.
Q: Do you offer vehicle leases/rentals by the hour?
A: Yes. We offer 4 hour leases/rentals at a cost of 75% of the daily rate. The mileage restrictions and all other fees such as cleaning, pickup / delivery, etc remain the same as it is for a standard daily rate.
Q: Is there any way to get an hourly or same day lease/rental on the weekend?
A: Yes. Walk-in basis only. Call us on the phone the day you want the hourly lease/rental and ask us what inventory we have available on the lot that has not been booked yet. We will gladly lease/rent you anything on the lot that day.
Q: Do you accept walk-in / last minute rentals?
A: Yes. We will be more than glad to offer you a lease/rental based on what we have available in inventory. We attend to customers on a first come first serve basis. Please forgive us if there is a small wait.
Q: Do you ever offer special coupons or online discounts?
A: Yes. You can go to our website to check for weekly discounts or special coupons.
Q: Do you offer discounts for monthly lease/rental terms?
A: Yes. Monthly lease/rental terms vary per vehicle. Please call and check pricing of the vehicle you want.
Q: How many miles are included with my lease/rental agreement?
A: That depends on the vehicle you lease/rent: Standard - unlimited miles, Luxury - 150 miles a day, Exotic - 150 miles a day. Newer vehicles may have lower mile usage restrictions. Additional mileage charges range from .75 - $5.00 per mile may apply depending on vehicle rented. Vehicles driven more than double the allotted rental milage will be subject to an additional surcharge to cover excess wear-and-tear. Contact us directly.
Q: I am under 25 and need a nice lease/rental for prom. Can my father/ uncle/ father/ mother/ sister etc lease/rent it for me?
A: No. Our current policies prohibit vehicles being leased/rented out for situations that may pass our vehicles to someone that does not fit our lease/rental criteria.
Q: Can I drive my leased/rented vehicle anywhere?
A: No. Leased/Rental vehicles may not be driven outside the State of Florida; without prior written approval. If the vehicle is driven outside of the state of Florida or outside the predetermined area without prior written approval, the customer will automatically forfeit their security deposit.
Q: If I pay cash, do I still have to pay sales tax?
A: Yes
Q: How much tax do I have to pay?
A: The tax rate depends on which county you rent your car from. Call us directly to get a price.
Q: What type of vehicles do you rent?
A: Our inventory is comprised of vehicles that you can not find at a normal vehicles leasing/rental companies: BMW, Porsche, Ferrari, Mercedes.
Q: Do you offer accessories such as booster/baby seats?
A: Yes. We have accessories that can be rented with the vehicle: baby seats, booster seats, etc. Please reserve any such accessories 24 hours in advance of receiving your vehicle.
Q: If the vehicle breaks down, what do I do?
A: All vehicle come with roadside assistance. Call us on the phone so we can get you another vehicle to drive.
Q: What are your normal hours of operation?
A: Our normal office hours are Monday - Friday: 9am - 5pm, Saturday 10am - 2pm, & Sunday 11am - 1pm. We are available via phone 7 days a week from 7am - 10pm

Q: Why do you have a 2 hour delivery or pickup service window?
A: The 2 hours delivery window is allowed us for circumstances beyond our control (traffic, flat tires, etc). We are very prompt with deliveries and pickups the vast majority of the time; however, on that rare occasion, this window allows us a much better chance of getting you your rental to you earlier than expected.
Q: What happens if I arrive late to pick up my vehicle?
A: Airport locations/Railway Stations: Reservations will be held for two (2) hours past the reserved pick-up time, except if you contact ELR directly to change your arrival time at least 24 hours in advance. Two (2) hours after the reserved pick-up time the reserved vehicle will be made available for other customers. If you arrive at the location more than two (2) hours after the reserved pick-up time, we will try to provide a vehicle for you, however, availability cannot be guaranteed.
Q: Do you offer door-to-door pickup & drop off service at my airport, hotel, and home?
A: Yes. We offer airport, hotel, and home pickup and drop off services to the surrounding airports and other locations; however, there is a drop-off and pickup fee. We will deliver your vehicle to you almost anywhere within a 50 miles radius. Please remember, all pickup & drop off services must be pre-arranged at least 24 hours in advance and a separate fee for this service will apply. Less than 24 hour notice will have an additional surcharge.
Q: If I am not a US citizen, what do I need to rent one of your vehicles?
A: Domestic US lessees/renters and Canadian nationals will need to present a valid national identity card or a passport at the lease/rental counter as proof of identity. Non US and Canadian nationals will need to present a valid passport in Roman alphabet at the rental counter as proof of identity.
Q: What happens if I miss my scheduled return time?
A: Call us and let's decide the best course of action. There is a one hour grace period with your scheduled return time. After that, we have to start moving our schedule around to accommodate not having your vehicle back as planned. You will be subject, at our sole discretion, to an additional fee of $50 for every 15 minutes you are late. Returns that are over an hour late will be accessed an additional day’s rental rate and you may be subject to additional surcharges at our sole discretion. This sounds a bit harsh but please remember that we offer the exact car that you rented or one of higher value. So, if you're late returning the vehicle you have and we have to accommodate our next customer with a vehicle that is more expensive to make there trip awesome, you will be charged for our services. We really are not trying to be super sticklers about a 2 day rental having to be exactly 24 hours. But once we make an appointment to return a car, we need to stick to it.
Q: Can I get a credit/refund if I return my vehicle in advance of my agreed lease/rental return time / date?
A: No. I am sorry but your rental has been scheduled out to you for a particular time frame and we do NOT offer any sort of refunds or credit if you decide to bring it back early.
Q: Can I extend the lease/rental agreement if I want the vehicle a few more days?
A: Yes. In most cases. Please contact us as soon as you become aware that you want to extend the lease/rental agreement usage time.
Q: Is auto insurance required to rent one of your vehicle?
A: Yes. Depending on the vehicle you are leasing/renting, you can get insurance from us through one of our carriers such as Turo or you may supply your own policy. Most of the time it is based on the vehicle you are leasing/renting from us: Exotic / luxury cars require you to use your personal auto insurance of which meet our minimums requirements: $300,000 property $300,000 per accident occurrence-coverage that would apply to this lease/rental. Standard vehicle models (vehicles with a value under US $75,000) can use the Turo insurance platform. We reserve the right to choose which insurance we would prefer and to verify all coverages with your carrier.
Q: I am not sure how much insurance I actually have on my personal policy. What can I do?
A: Contact your insurance agent or company directly. Confirm that you have the minimum requirements: $300,000 & $300,000. If you do not, simply have them add the required insurance coverages to your policy. It takes 10 minutes and then you are ready to relax and enjoy the ride.
Q: Do you offer insurance?
A: Yes, for any car valued $75,000 and under. When you book a lease/rental with us using the Turo online booking platform, you are automatically provided several different levels of insurance coverage. Please review the available insurance coverages provided by Turo. We require that you select the Standard coverage or better. Q: Do I need personal auto coverage insurance to lease/rent one of your vehicles?
A: Yes. You are required to meet the minimum levels of insurance required by state law. This can be done by using the insurance provided by Turo when booking your vehicle or providing us proof that your own personal auto insurance is in place and is effective for the duration of your lease/rental with us.
Q: How do I Insure an Exotic Rental From You?
A: All high end type vehicles that are valued at $75,000 and above require that the lessee/renter must carry their own physical damage and liability policy and must make sure to verify with their insurance company that proper coverage is provided to ExoticLuxury Rental for the vehicle they have chosen to rent. Exotic Luxury Rental must be named on your policy as an additionally named insured. This can be a temporary endorsement to cover only the timeframe you lease/rent the car. It is usually done with a simple phone call to your insurance agent or company.
Q: Does my own personal insurance cover the lease/rental of a $250,000 Ferrari if my car is a Honda?
A: Yes. In all 50 states, if you carry full-coverage insurance ( Liability, Comp, and Collision), your insurance will automatically carry over and cover a lease/rental from us no matter what you daily driver is.
Q: Does any of my credit cards that I use provide additional coverages?
A: Yes. Your American Express card can provide an additional layer of coverage called “Premium Car Protection.” This is a great option because it can be purchased in addition to your regular protection.
Q: But I have insurance. Why would you bill me for any damage to my lease/rental?
A: We come across a lot of minor scuffs and scrapes on our cars when they come back from a rentals. Sometimes customers scrape a wheel, scratch a front bumper, or the most popular one is scratch or break a spoiler ( to name only a few things that happen). These repairs are quick and relatively inexpensive to make and are billed directly from your security deposit in order to minimize the amount of time the vehicle is off the road. Once your invoice has been settled, you can of course make a claim to your insurance company to be reimbursed for any charges.
Q: What form of payment do you accept to lease/rent a vehicle?
A: You can pay with cash, major credit card, or debit card; however, you must have a major credit card on file for the initial reservation and payment when you take possession of the vehicle. Cashier’s checks and checks may be accepted if they are presented at least seven (7) days in advance of your lease/rental date
Q: Can I use another person’s credit card when leasing/renting one of your vehicles?
A: Yes. But the cards holder must be present at the time you pick up the car and have proper ID and must sign the lease/rental agreement
Q: Do I need to post a “Damage Security Deposit” to lease/rent one of your vehicles?
A: Yes. A deposit is required on most of our vehicles for security reasons. The deposit is returned to you at the end of your rental term providing there are no outstanding issues with the vehicle that you leased/rented. The vehicle must be inspected thoroughly. This usually takes 3 -5 business days after the end of your lease/rental. If there are additional mileage charges or minor damages, they are billed from your deposit and the balance is refunded back onto your credit card. If you are using an American Express card for the deposit, it is run as an “authorization only” (no actual charge). If you are using a Visa, Master Card, or other major credit card this deposit is ran as a charge which is then reversed following the completion of the lease/rental.
Q: What happens if I get a ticket while driving the vehicle?
A: The Lessee/Renter is completely liable for all speeding, traffic, parking, or other tickets or violations issued while the vehicle is in your possession and the Lessee/Renter must pay for any and all penalties, fees, towing charges, or impound costs.
Q: What do you charge if I don’t replace the gas I used in the vehicle?
A: All vehicles are provided to Lessee/Renters with a full tank of premium gas. The gas level is noted on the lease/rental agreement. If the vehicle is returned with any amount less than full, the Lessee/Renter will be charged 2.5 x weekly pump price we pay plus $15.00 (including tax) service charge.
Q: What happens if I get into an accident?
A: Lessee/Renter should notify the police to report the accident and obtain a police report if possible. The Lessee/Renter should obtain the name of the investigating officer and his/her police department. Write down the name, address, license plate number, VIN, insurance carrier and policy number of the other vehicle’s operator. All reports / documents are to be presented to the lease/rental agent as soon after the accident as possible or upon the return of the leased/rented vehicle.
Q: If I don’t use premium gas, what happens?
A: We will charge you a $350 fee for filling up with a lesser grade gas. And yes we will know.
Q: What is your cancellation policy?
A: The vehicle you reserve is the car you get! To do this, we have to pack our schedule very tightly at times; thus, we have to be a little bit sticky with our cancellation policy, no show policy, reschedule policy, and our vehicle return policy. After a reservation is made, we authorize your credit card for the full cost of the lease/rental. Here is the basic breakdown: cancel within 24 hours from the time you made your reservation, 100% refund of all charges; cancel 7 days or more before your trip starts, 100% refund of trip price refunded but $0 of the 3rd party billing fees such as Turo etc if there are any such fees; cancel three (3) to seven (7) days before your trip is scheduled to start, 50% of the trip price is refunded but $0 of the billing fees such as Turo etc are refunded if there are any such fees; cancel one (1) to three (3) days before your trip is scheduled to start, $0 trip price and $0 trip fees such as Turo etc, if there are any such fees, are refunded. All charges will be charged to the reservation credit card on file and or money will be deducted from any deposit that is on file. Please understand that there are no exceptions to this cancellation policy. We do not mean to sound heartless, but you would be amazed at the number of last-minute deaths in the family, serious illnesses, sick pets, sick mothers and mother-in-laws, and falling skies that people tell us about.
Q: When is my credit card charged for the lease/rental?
A: Immediately upon your reservation of the vehicle.
