How does delivery work?
The delivery fee is what you pay to have the vehicle delivered to your address. It includes delivery and pickup at the specified address.
What happens if I need more time or more days?
Please request an extension by using the "modify trip" button on your reservation page.
What happens if I need to end the rental earlier than requested?
Please request the early return by using the "modify trip" button on your reservation page. If you modify the trip with less than 24 hours remaining for the rental, then you be assessed a $30 fee.
How do tolls work?
-There is a toll transponder on the car windshield. Use it by simply taking a FL toll road and take the Sunpass/EZ-Pass lanes.
-Any tolls incurred during your trip will be requested at the end of your trip via app.
-You will get a discount from the posted toll rates and save time driving.
-Do NOT bring your own mobile toll transponder and/or pay coins/cash at tolls. The transponder in the car will still charge you.
What if I don't clean the car if I received it clean?
If the outside of the vehicle is excessively dirty, then a $10 fee will charged. If detailing is required to clean stains caused during the rental, then you will be charged $50.
What if I return the car late?
If you realize that you will not be able to return the vehicle at the scheduled time, then PLEASE contact me as soon as possible. The best way to solve this problem is to request a trip extension by using the "modify trip" button on your reservation page. I am more than willing to accommodate as long as I am given enough time to adjust my plans and enough information about how I need to accommodate you. According to the Turo late return policy, late fees begin the minute the vehicle is late and are charged in increments of an hour. The late fee is $50. What if I am late picking up my vehicle, will I be charged a late fee?
Things can happen when getting off the plane and with picking up your luggage, so I give a 15 minute leeway. However, once you are 15 minutes late from the time agreed to pickup the car you will be assessed a $15 fee. Every additional 15 minutes you are late you will be charged an additional $15 fee. This situation can be avoided as long as you give me a heads up and modify your reservation to reflect when you believe you actually will be able to pick up the car.
