Important notes for renters
*Refueling* Please refuel the car to the same level as it was on delivery. If car is returned without being refueled, I will refuel the car upon return and will require reimbursement via the Turo Reimbursement Request tool. An additional $20 will be added to the cost of the fuel; I will provide you with a receipt for the gas should you request. Turo will also add an administration fee of ($25)
*Car wash* Cars rented through TURO must be returned in the exact same condition they were provided to you. This means that the car must be washed on the outside and cleaned on the inside. If the car is not washed and cleaned, you will be billed by TURO for the actual amount of the car wash ($45) plus their administration fee ($25).
*No Smoking* TURO prohibits smoking in rented vehicles. Be courteous and don’t smoke, the person who rents the car after you might be allergic to smoke or simply don`t like it. lf our car is returned with the smell of tobacco or marijuana, a $250 sanitization fee will be billed.
I'm shocked by how this man is so money hungry, I was in a teeeible accident(not at fault) which is why I got the car to go to school work and back. I didn't know how long they where going to take on my car, so I ended up prolonging my trip, I literally went to school home and back! I had the car for three weeks! This man is claiming I went over 2000 miles in those three weeks! And just for that he's saying I owe him 500$ this is crazy!!!!! I'm a woman and don't know to much about cars but I'm far from stupid!!! I'll never go to this man again how greedy his, I don't even feel comfortable giving him my I.d to take a pic (which he requires when you rent his car)!!!
I was on Thanksgiving vacation. The vehicle I originally rented wasn't returned on time so Andrew made it possible for me to rent another of his cars so that I would not be without one within the hour. Andrew's a professional and knows how Turo works. Reaching customer service via phone can be next to impossible on the renter's end so Andrew documented matters, and worked with them letting them know I needed a vehicle and that he'd be place another car for me to rent immediately and Turo applied my funds to it. That saved quite a bit of time and headache. Andrew did more than Turo customer service. Turo, needs to fix situations where if renters don't request an extension in proper time or a customer to whom a car is made available is suddenly without a vehicle that they 1) either provide another car in a nearby area immediately and with a discount or 2). Provide a full refund including future credit for the same rental period for another future rental. Placing the burden on the rentee is irresponsible and takes away from customer service.
We loved Andrews car! It was fantastic . He is an amazing fellow. He was on time with everything! And the car was very clean and the ac was great. Next time we are in Florida we will call Andrew. Thanks
