There was damage to the car that I took and posted photos however on final receipt shows a 500.00 damage fee. I have repeatedly asked turo customer service to contact me at no avail. I was charged 18.00 for fuel when that is the total cost to fill car. The car was not clean when we picked it up however we attempted to clean the tires 3 of which all needed air it was to late to get a different car. The car was reported stolen even after posting the pics until I personally texted them to the owner which is not how it was presented to me to do by the link from turo.
