My standard fleet features mostly Convertibles and Coupes.
What kinds of credentials will I need when I pick up my rental ?
An acceptable, valid driver's license issued from your country of residence must be presented at the time of rental.
Can I add an additional driver to my rental car ?
Yes, additional drivers are allowed. Please message me for more details once rental is booked.
May I extend my rental beyond the original return date ?
Yes, you are able to extend at anytime depending on availability of vehicle. Simply send the extension request to confirm.
I need a rental in the next hour can I book your car ?
Last minute reservations are always welcome. The car is available 24/7 for pick ups and drop offs.
I want to return the rental early; is there a penalty to do so ?
I do not charge travelers more for returning a car early, and you will only be charged for the days you had the vehicle.
Can I go through tolls in the rental car ?
Yes you may, and not worry about carrying cash or stopping to pay for tolls. SunPass toll collection program which allows travelers to drive through electronic toll lanes and pay tolls electronically, without having to stop and pay cash.
Do you rent additional equipment such as child safety seats, or GPS ?
Special Equipments / Optional: The optional extras are subject to availability and are on request.
Baby Seats, Child Seats & Booster Seats, GPS, Car WiFi Hotshot, DVD Player, Beach Tent for only $9.99 a day per each item.
What is included in my rental ?
A full tank of gas is guaranteed, Aux cord, SunPass.
Do I get penalized for not refueling the gas tank ?
What could be more convenient than a car rental without the need to refuel? The pick up full and return low special allows you to pick up your rental car with a full tank and return it with a low tank level. Gas reimbursement request will be posted at the end of your trip.
Can I change where I return a vehicle after I've picked it up ?
Yes, but you’ll need to let me know in advance and I will also need the exact pick up address. Additional fees may apply.
What should I do if I have problems with my car ? Do you offer roadside assistance ?
For any issues with the rental please inform me of the situation, then contact TURO emergency line at 1-866-735-2901 for any roadside assistance.
What do I do if my flight has been delayed ?
Inform me ASAP.
I've selected Airport Drop off and Pick up, where do I get my rental ?
With you providing me the time of your arrival, departure and name of Airline; I will meet you curbside at the Terminal.
Can I get my rental delivered at my house, job, etc ? And do you offer long distance delivery ?
Yes, willing to deliver ranging less than a 100 miles away from car location in Orlando. Once vehicle is booked I will need the full delivery address to calculate drop off fee based on distance. Please check out my Pick up and Return locations listed.
Do you have a smoking policy ?
Smoking is not permitted in vehicles. Minimum charge: $250. This includes allowing cigarette or cigar ash into the vehicle.
Do you have a cleaning policy ?
All rental vehicles should be returned in the same condition they were rented in to avoid cleaning fee. Unfortunately, no pet allowed.
