William was the best TURO experience Five stars! From the personalized service to the car experience The car drove effortless and was very responsive. Great on gas mileage (26 MPG) and higher using cruise control of course. I suggest taking time adjusting the 12 way seats, Dolby surround sound, programming your phone settings and feel your way around the cockpit. Yes, it's a dream to drive.
Horrible experience. I was flying in from Charlotte and my flight got delayed a few times so after communicating with him I put in a time change request and he wouldn't accept it. To make matters worst he stopped responding altogether and I was informed by TURO that he would no longer be renting me his vehicle. TURO then turned and said I failed to meet contractual obligations by not being at the meet up point in time and the only way I could get even a partial was if William decided he wanted to give me one. That went no where, there was no communication and we were left with out a rental for 5 days that we still had to pay for. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. Renters beware.
This renter is amazing. It was my first time renting from turo, and it went so smoothly. He answered every question he could, he responded within 5 minutes of each text. The car ran beautifully and the sound system in the back was a plus. I would recommend him and this car for your fist time renting. Will be renting from him every chance I get
