Car was washed the night before I left, too add to that the car wasn't clean when I got it, not dirty but certainly not freshly washed (I could write my name) I had an early flight so figured I'd wash it the night before and then was charged for a wash, the car had a few issues, gauges for temperature didn't work, interior was less then par. I will say the pickup and drop off was smooth but too charge me extra when it was returned exactly the way I picked it up is one star in my book, there's too many other options.
Purposefully cancelled car rental after flight was delayed and reported me to turo as no show after flights from DC were delayed up and down the east coast. Was in communication by app to update her of the flight delay. When I landed with my family in tow I get news from turo that Michelle said I was a no show for the flight at 6 and I should be entitled to no refund on a six day rental. By far my worst experience on this app with renting vehicles.
Rented the 6 series convertible, car was good no big issues. Communication was good, the only thing I did not care for was the listed said the airport delivery/pick up was free then after making contact you are informed there is a $15 fee. Not the end of the world, I would still rent from again.
