It was awful experience. Owner just didn't show up, even it was agreed and confirmed a day before. We had spoilt mood, no car, delayed trip... Owner called us 1.5 hour later... Right after we rented another car trying to save our trip...Thank you for such a "great responsibility and excellent attitude!" Turo customer Service didn't answer us as well. No answer for million phone calls, no answer for e-mails... Just automatic message to review the trip which we have never had... What else can we add? Oleksandr and Nataliia.
