I requested return date for 8:30 p.m while extending I informed the owner it said a.m can he fix it I'm new to turo and am still learning how to use it. The owner told me it is ok I can bring it at 8:30 p.m. While at work today the owner kept calling me to bring the car dispite our agreement. I told the owner I don't get off until 5 that is why I asked for 8:30 p.m. Owner did not care at all and went back on his word. Very inconvenient, unprofessional, unreliable and not a man of his word. I am extremely disappointed and very upset.
0/10 would recommend Karina. Chose the option for a pickup at Miami airport. Turns out they didn't come pick me up, they sent me a uber 15 minutes away to a sketchy side street. I get out the uber and the guy I'm meeting tries to hurry me in the car without letting me inspect the car. He gets noticeably annoyed that I have my flashlight on my phone checking out the scratches on the bumpers. All the while I'm doing this there's a guy hiding behind a pole about 30ft away from me which made it really uncomfortable, not sure if this was their "muscle". anyway I have the car for about 5 days and return it. ask the person I'm returning it if everything is alright, shakes it head gives me the ok. 24 hours later I'm being accused of returning a dirty car and a $10 turo charge for a cleaning fee. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.
