Was a quick and smooth process the car run amazingly and the service was profesional.
Great service and flexibility on pick up time and return. Good communication. The pick up spot of kinda in the middle of nowhere though, specially for late night returns. It'd be better to drop the car somewhere more transited.
This Was my first Turo trip but I must say it was absolutely great, nice nice car it runs smooth and it's good on gas. I'm definitely looking forward into doing business with u again thanks again for the great trip and experience. Two thumbs up!!! 👍🏿👍🏿

The car itself was great - clean and almost new condition - peppy, handles nicely, good gas milage. We liked being able to drive the exact car we picked in advance and felt the overall cost was a little bit (not a lot) less than we would have paid through a traditional car rental company.
We never met Karina - she sent assistants to deliver and return the car which we did at two different airports. The procedure for picking up the car needs work - we had to call, wait and then we had to let her assistant drive us to a neighborhood we don't know to show licenses, take pix of car, and get keys. This was nerve wracking in the middle of the night and we would have felt better if it was done on airport property - like maybe the limo area or the cell phone lot.
The drop-off at the end of the trip went smoother (the exchange happened at the departures curbside) but in order to drop off at a different airport we had to request a trip change and incur and extra $25 fee. This was not really a change in plans but Turo has no way to book different pickup and return locations currently built into its app / website and Karina did not respond to my "is this OK?" part of my pre-booking messages clearly.
