The trip was Great.. I love that car.. rides smooth and clean. The owner is very great, cool personality... Respectful guy. Very affordable.. He was on time for pickup and everything.. Just great.. Communication is excellent. Thanks.

This started out as a good experience but turned out to be nightmarish to say the least. Dmitry was on time to drop off the car at the airport on the scheduled date and time. However, the car was dirty, the tires looked brown/beige, due to mud on them. The car had too many miles for it to still being used as a rental, and it was obvious that the required maintenances were not performed. The car would shake back and forth as soon as you stepped on the brake pedal. Regardless of that, it was a nice car to drive around, even though it didn't give you a feeling of safety. On the last night of my trip, an issue with the car's headlight (high beams would not go off and I got pulled over by a cop), was handled in a very unprofessional way. Dmitry refused to answer my telephone call, instead he asked by text to call a number. The guy who answered my phone call basically told me that he was 40miles away and he couldn't do anything about the car but he offered to give me institutions as to how I can become a mechanic on South Beach and fix the issue myself. Not having many choices, I followed his instructions and removed the fuse for the high beams. At the same time I had informed Dmitry by text that I would be dropping off the car the next morning 30-45min later than initially scheduled at the airport, and he says ok, but then once the car was delivered to him, he decided to charge me late fee of $50 +$25 in administrative fees, for a total of $75. Instead of having the courtesy and the business ethos to offer a partial refund for the issue the night before, he went ahead and charged me a late fee, pretending that I never informed him that I was going to return the car half an hour later than initially planned. Talk about ethical business practices and customer service! Nonexistent! This is not my first time using my TURO, and I've never had such a bad experience.
