Car is getting old - back tires were bald, automatic door lock didn't always work, and car ran rough. We had a tire blow out on the highway, only to find the donut with insufficient air. Fortunately, it happened on a state road patrolled by the FL DOT. A ranger came by to change the tire and fill it with air. To Dmitry's credit, he made sure he put on two new tires after that, one of which he installed at my apartment while I was sleeping.
-Poor communication, but this may be due to a language barrier. -I paid in advance to rent a BLACK VOLVO for a month and he showed up with a red Volvo with a hazard light on saying the bulbs weren't working. -We agreed for me to pick up at FLL and drop off at PBI because his listing said both were free. I clarified this via TURO messenger, text, and verbally and yet the day before he said no and to meet at FLL even though my flight was out of PBI. So I was stuck waiting for him at the FLL train station (which we was late for) the night before my 4am flight, got gyped out of my PAID last day, and had to take the train back. -HE CHANGED HIS CAR LISTING AFTER I PAID AND TURO KEEPS NO DOCUMENTATION OF THE ORIGINAL POST. SCREEN SHOT THE POST YOU AGREE TO BEFORE PAYING!!!!!!! THIS IS HOW HE GOT OUT OF PICKING UP THE CAR AT PBI!!!!! I will never use TURO again, never mind Dmitry
