About 5 minutes after I picked up the vehicle, a cockroach crawled on me. I won't blame it on the owner directly but assume it has to do with cleanliness. Upon return I was in traffic, extended trip an additional hour just in case and was charged $25 for the hour even though car was returned before indicated time. Turo was willing to refund the $25 extension fee but owner refused. Owner was on the phone when picking up and dropping off so communication was minimal. Do not recommend.
Dmitry is a very good guy, very reliable and punctual. His BMW was in tip top shape and was a pleasure to drive. This guy knows what it takes to be successful on Turo and there's a reason he's successfully completed 1,700+ trips. A+++
I was supposed to have received a different car...it was switched without notice. Communication was very curt....not very helpful or friendly. We felt a bit uncomfortable at the pick-up of vehicle. & we felt a bit rushed....as we had some questions.....& we're not encouraged to ask any.
This was my first experience using Turo. Overall, the time saved and money was great along side the experience that was achieved. I really like the pickup/dropoff at the terminal curb as that saves a lot of time. May consider using the app again over a business account with Enterprise.
