The car stopped working at 3 days and I take the crane still turo does not give me an answer that will happen with the payment, she is aware that we answer, We need everything to go well and give us back what we paid for the vehicle
Owner of vehicle (Maritza) is super nice and made the delivery process simple and convenient. However, my overall trip was not pleasant. For starters, car picture was advertised as Cooper S w panoramic sunroof. I was given (basic model) upon delivery. Next three days, car had oil leak w check engine light & jumpy responses upon acceleration. Owner was out of country so I had to take to mechanic for diagnostic in order to return the car. Ruined my Memorial Day plans by spending time at Car mechanic. Returned car the next day after diagnostic results. 1 Star for the inconvenience of trip and slow Turo customer service experience.
