The Fiesta Zetec comes in both three and five-door and is equipped with a set of 15″ alloy wheels. Features include Quickclear windscreen, front fog lamps, Ford SYNC – including Bluetooth and USB, and Ford’s MyKey. Our Fiesta Zetec has adequate head and legroom for rear passengers, and lots of thought has gone into the interior, where you’ll find plenty of storage cubbies and a number of cup-holders.
For pickups in North-east London, pickup begins upstairs in our office at 175 Grays Inn Rd, London WC1X 8UE. Once the rental agreement is signed and the security deposit is taken, we will direct you to our nearby multi-storey car park, where your car will be waiting!
For airport pickups, we will advise of the office location in each airport and how to reach us.
This rental includes insurance (3rd party liability protection) with a £1,250 damage excess. We will hold the excess deposit on a credit card (processed at the point of pickup) for the period of the rental. Excess reduction packages can be purchased locally if clients wish to reduce their excess.
24 hour breakdown assistance is also included for all rentals (we will provide an emergency phone number at the time of rental).
Note: - Debit cards are allowed only for rental payment, not for deposit. If client only has debit card, then excess protection must be taken. - A damage administration fee of £50 will be charged if a vehicle is returned with new damage.
Our rental rate is applicable to 25-75 years olds (inclusive). An additional £30/day young driver charge will apply to bookings for 23/24 year olds. Drivers must have held a valid driving license for 2 years, with no major endorsements.
UK hirers must bring 2 proofs of address, as well as a valid (note: only valid for 72h) DVLA code obtained from https://www.gov.uk/view-driving-licence. International hirers must bring a valid driving license (International driver permit accepted for licenses not written in English).
Our fuel policy is full-to-full, although a full tank can be purchased by the customer at the start of the rental at national prices to prevent a charge if the vehicle is not returned full.

When we were searching for a vehicle for our trip, we specifically searched for a vehicle with automatic transmission and free drop-off at the London Heathrow Airport. When we received the confirmation email for our booking, we were told to take the hotel shuttle from London Heathrow to the nearby Sheraton down the street to pick up our vehicle. So, we executed accordingly. Once we arrived at the Sheraton, we inquired at the front desk and were told that the company is no longer located there, so the front desk called the company to pick us up from the Sheraton. We were picked up about 10 minutes later. We were then dropped off at Easi Rent and proceeded to finish renting our vehicle. We paid for the GPS ("Sat Nav") that we requested upon booking, along with basic insurance, and then received the keys to our car.
We stepped into the car and saw that it was a standard, not an automatic like we had booked. We brought this to the attention of the company and were told that automatic vehicles were overbooked but we could get one for an extra 25 British pounds per day. As our booking specifically said that the car was an automatic, we were very confused by this, but took the standard and tried to figure our way back to the airport. Once we arrived at the airport, we checked the car and realized that there was no Sat Nav in our vehicle included in the car nor in the glove box. As such, we figured our way back to the company to tell them about the issue and proceeded to get the Sat Nav and then head back to the airport to begin our day's excursions. By this time, we had spent over three hours in pursuit of our booked vehicle.
Later that day, we entered an address into the Sat Nav for a residence that had been built approximately ten years ago - the Sat Nav did not recognize the address. As such, we had to use a combination of the Sat Nav and other printed instructions to get us to our ultimate destination.
Our expectations were grossly mismanaged with this booking. When we specifically search for and select a vehicle that is tagged as "automatic transmission", our expectation is that the price and availability presented are accurate. We also expect that additional features for which we pay additional money, such as the Sat Nav, are given to us timely and are reflective of updated maps.
Please better reflect the nature of the vehicles provided on your site, as someone who could not drive a standard vehicle would have been in even worse a situation than we were on our vacation.
