It’s a car rental agency despite having rented from actual owners on here. The experience could have been better. I originally wanted to pick up at 8am but then was told no one would be there until 8:30. Then I was sent an email requesting my license, address and passport info. Then I was asked to submit a 750£ deposit. I was finally able to pick up and finish the process at 9am as negotiated only to find the car had no fuel in it. So then I had to go out of my way to find a station. Filled it up and by the time I returned the vehicle. There’s more than 3/4 tank left. How would a rental agency rent a car with an empty tank and then expect the renter to return it empty? I’ve never seen this before and when questioned: was told would bring it up to manager. I’m sure I won’t get any credit for the over 30£ of fuel I’ve left in there. Never again. Beware. Just know what you’re getting into.
