We were a first time Turo user so we were a little reluctant. We were in search of a way to guarantee a convertible car for our Cape Cod road trip and none of the traditional rental options could comply. We were more than pleased with our experience. Renard was so amazing to work with, making special arrangements for pick up and drop off to suit our needs. The car was in great shape and noticeably well maintained. I would highly recommend Turo and specifically Renard.

Renard was a pleasure to work with. Super pleasant and so easy to work with. His BMW is clean and a blast to drive in this summer weather! I got several compliments from friends while home. Will definitely rent from him in the future.

Nissan Pathfinder 2010
Jack was fantastic. He replied in less than 10 minutes and was super flexible with the pick up and drop off time. Car was clean and comfy. Perfect to pick up my family from the airport. Jack's house is also very easy to get to from the highway
