This is my beautiful turbo Genesis coupe sports car. 6Speed sport manual transmission close gear ratio and a 275hp Turbo charged tuned engine. This is the R-spec Race tuned version with sport tuned chassis. Please read all rules below.
Please respect the fact that this premium vehicle ONLY takes PREMIUM GASOLINE (91 Octane min) - gas receipts are required at the end of the rental period. Not using premium gas can cause engine damage and you will be billed for any damages after a dealer diagnostic check, so please save your receipts and store them in the center console to avoid this issue. If car is returned without being refueled; I will refuel the car upon return and will require reimbursement via the Turo Reimbursement Request tool. I will provide you with a receipt for the gas should you request.
No smoking or vaping of any kind inside the car. if you return the car and there is evidence of smoking a $200 Detailing Fee will apply.
I work Monday thru Friday during the hours of 7am - 5 pm and can deliver the vehicle only with advance details and notice. You may come pick it up, please work a schedule out with me with at least 12 hours advance notice. You can also pick up at my house in Aurora Colorado during all times for free.

Bit of a long story/rant. My grievance was initially with Turo itself for having no live customer support--everything is automated and useless but since Timothy didn't actually cancel my trip even though we came to a mutual agreement to do so, I was still charged and now it's looking like I'm going to need to dispute the charge with my credit card since Turo has not responded to the issue in 2-3 days. I may eventually get my $52 back from the credit card company, but I still will have lost the $30 Turo credit I used and the two hours I spent for nothing going to pick up the car.
The issue was *apparently* that since I once had my facebook linked to Turo, Turo uses my facebook nickname as my name. I've rented in the past--either the past renter didn't care or he knew how to use Turo more properly and see the actual name on my credit card to make sure I'm not some car thief with a fake name. Timothy clearly knew this would be a problem that the drivers license must match exactly the profile name by the way he brought it up before I even showed him my license, but he waited until I was literally in his driveway next to the car to tell me about the issue. Of course the first name that appears on my drivers license is not "TheDers", use your head Timothy. I know with my job and in life, if an uncomfortable situation arises you still need to confront it before it becomes even more of a problem. He chose to wait, and now everything is a mess. I'm usually way too nice to leave a bad review even on a bad experience, but not this time. I think I might actually be done using Turo after this experience and I'll just rent cars the old fashioned way from Mile High Drives--at least Carlo's not trying to pull a fast one on me.
