I have been using Turo for over a year with NOT A SINGLE ISSUE except for when I rented with Ravi and his Camry. Ravi agreed to pick me up from the airport, but then when I landed didn't answer his phone for an hour. When he finally answered, he informed me he was NOT picking me up and that it was left at the lot. He forgot what letter/number spot he parked it in, HE DIDN'T EVEN REMEMBER WHICH LOT (there are 3 HUGE lots at DIA) he parked the car in. I had to pay security to find the car, and they did not find it until 7 hours of sleeping on the airport floor with no ride. I got stiffed with a parking fee that I was not told ahead of time I was going to have to pay. He called me all weekend long over and over and over to "check on the car" (it got pretty annoying) - the car had a broken windshield, it smelled like weed smoke (which I didn't even mind EXCEPT HE REPORTED ME TO Turo FOR SMOKING IN HIS CAR EVEN THOUGH I TOLD HIM ABOUT THE SMOKE SMELL WHEN I FIRST GOT IN THE CAR). This guy is a straight up SCAM ARTIST and I hope no one gets stuck in the position I was in. This was at 11 PM at night. Turo CUSTOMER SUPPORT IS CLOSED. You CANNOT BOOK ANOTHER CAR while you already have one booked, and neither the renter or the rentee can cancel the booking once the time has started. It's insane. I love Turo, I hate Ravi. HATE.
Ravi was very easy to work with. He responded promptly to all questions. The car was clean and ran smoothly. Only complaint would be that the wipers could be changed. The car was left at the airport in a covered garage which made it very easy to get to and kept it out of the snow, but did end up costing $32 to get out of the garage since it was left the night before. I would certainly rent from Ravi again without any apprehension.
The car is very clean and well-kept. The engine accelerates very well and Ravi is an absolute pleasure to work with, he's very accommodating and responsive. I would definitely recommend this rental to everyone!
