My 2010 Chevy Malibu is a hidden mountain warrior. It has lived and traveled from Florida where it lives in Downtown Denver. It makes weekend trips and winter snow trips to the mountains regularly as it is front wheel drive and I switch out tires in the spring and winter.
The car fits 5 people or 4 comfortably and has a large trunk that holds two large bags and some space for miscellaneous. The rear seats fold down enough to get a lot more storage space if there are only 2 passengers; in fact we lay skis and a snowboard in the car trunk and through the laid down back seats when driving to ski.
All the seat belts, breaks, and transmission all work great for a smooth trip. The blinker lever doesn’t return after a turn but it clicks to let you know it is on. I have a Bluetooth adapter that plugs into the aux port so you can connect your phone to play music. Phone charger, ski rack, bike rack all available to use during your trip. If you have any questions or requests please let me know, I hope you have a great ride with my Blue Boo.
There are tolls in Colorado that are easy to avoid but you will need to pay some attention because they are some lanes that charge tolls that do not show toll booths. If you drive through one I will have a sensor in my car you can use by sliding the cover of it open. After your trip I will check the website that shows me if used the tolls in my car. I will ask to you reimburse the dollars the tolls cost, I will ad pictures to show it was on your trip. Thanks for understanding.
If it helps, In the car I have a sheet of paper printed with some of my personal favorite, breakfast, lunch, dinner, and hikes.
