Do yourself a favor and do not rent with Marlon, I repeat, DO NOT RENT! Save yourself the headache of worrying about if you'll be able to make it to your next destination or not. He gave me inaccurate information about the charging time for the car, taking way longer than what he said. You'll be stuck at a charging station for hours up to 3 times a day instead of exploring the city. You'd think an electric car would be beneficial but in reality, it was nothing but stressful. After already extending the rental time because it wasn't charged enough to make it to drop off in time, I communicated with Marlon the issue and didn't receive any messages in response. Therefore, I had to wait hours before dropping it off, (barely making it to his location because the miles are used drastically), and missed my flight. Very unprofessional, lack of compassion, and a SCAM. DO NOT RENT!

Marlon was great as far as communication and walking me through using an electric car (Nissan Leaf). The pickup and drop off went smoothly. The car was clean, fun to drive, and efficient.
I wish the Leaf would display battery percentage levels remaining instead of range remaining which was often times inaccurate. The front tires on the leaf probably should be replaced soon.
Didnt get to use the car at all and I payed for 3 days equaled to $195. Only got refunded $67 and half of that was because I'm a young driver. Blocked my number from contacting him. I was stranded sleeping in the airport because I had no transportation that I paid for. I called him & told him I would be late because my flight got in later than scheduled he told me he would stay til one. I called him at 12:57 on the way there and his phone was turned off, he told me his wife said they need to be getting to rest cause they have to wake up in the morning.
