Do I have to fill up the gas tank before returning the car?
Please fill the tank to the same level the tank was at pickup prior to returning the car with premium 91 fuel and put the receipt in the glove box.
Is this vehicle available?
I update the availability of all my cars daily, you can easily view the calendar to see which days the car is available.
Are you able to deliver to the airport or my house/hotel?
Yes, and delivery is free with rentals over 3 days. Otherwise, please put in your address so the delivery fee is calculated properly.
Can I pick up/drop off the car earlier/later
Unfortunately, with the amount of vehicles I have to pick up and deliver, bookings must be picked up and returned on time. Late pick ups may result in a cancellation or late fee and late returns will be charged at $50 per hour.
Are you willing to adjust the mileage limits set?
Mileage over the reservation limit will be charged at $.75 per mile. If that's okay with you then you are welcome to go ahead and exceed the reservation miles.
What do I do about bridge tolls?
All cars have Fastrak which allows you to drive right through the toll without having to pay. Tolls will be billed to your account after your reservation
Do I have to return the car clean?
A: As per Turo's rules, the car must be returned in the same condition it was received(interior and exterior). I can also bill you $20 at the end of the trip if you would like me to wash the car for you.
Can I bring my pet and/or smoke in the vehicle?
Sorry, no pets or smoking is permitted in the vehicle. Turo charges a smoking fee of up to $250
Can I park my car while I rent out yours?
Yup, there is plenty of street parking available
