Question: Will the car be charged when I pick up / take possession of keys?
Answer: The vehicle will have 90% or more charge. We require renters to return the car with a minimum of 40% charge. If car is returned with less than 40% charge. there will be a $10 recharging fee.
Question: How long does it take to fully charge the car?
Answer: Assuming the car is at nearly 0% charge, a full charge on a Level 1 charger will take roughly 24 hours. A full charge on a Level 2 charger will take roughly 4 hours.
Question: For stations that charge a fee, will I continue to be charged after the vehicle is fully charged?
Answer: It depends on the platform/company but most likely, yes. Most charging stations will that are not free will continue to charge a fee even if the vehicle is fully charged and drawing little power. This is essentially a strategy to push individuals to move their fully charged vehicle and give others opportunity to charge their vehicle.
Question: Do I need to be inside or with the vehicle while it is charging?
Answer: No. You are welcome to plug the vehicle in to a charging station and go do other activities while it charges.
Question: Does the vehicle come with a charging cable?
Answer: Yes. The vehicle comes with the standard charging cable (which is considered a Level 1 charger). Level 1 chargers can be used with a regular 3-pin outlet at home or garage.
Question: How safe is the Fiat 500e?

Question: How much will you charge per mile if I exceed the allowed per day mileage?
Answer: The included/allowed miles per day is 200 miles. Any miles driven in excess of included/allowed will be .75 cents per mile.
