We missed our flight and asked if we would be able to push our start time back by two hours and Mohammad said he would try to see what he can do. He wasn’t as responsive when we would reach out to him to get updates and right before our flight takes off turo calls and states that the host wants to cancel our reservation and consider us a no show. turo won’t give us our full refund when the whole situation was out of control and when we landed we text Mohammad one more time and he responded he is ignoring us because he is busy working..worst first experience ever with host and turo
