Not the flashiest or the fastest car on the market, but it will get you and your friends to where you need to go. Fold down the rear seats and there is plenty of room for putting snowboards, bikes, furniture, less important family members, etc.
Since buying this car last October, I've taken it on many road trips including to the Grand Canyon, Yosemite and Lake Tahoe. It's a great commuter car and also very practical for road trips with friends.
The A/C isn't in tip-top condition so the ride does tend to get quite steamy during mid-afternoon.

Excellent! She might be an oldie, but she sure is a goodie! The engine ran smoothly (all the way to Tahoe), tires felt good, and everything worked properly (all lights inside and out, wipers, AC, cruise control, sound system, seat folding). One caution: the brakes aren't super responsive at first, so be mindful to give that guy in front of you some space (which you should be doing anyway!).
The car has loads of space. To give you an idea, I put in two snowboards + gear, a giant cooler, and there was still ample space left in the back. Andrew was also super cool and really flexible/accommodating with pick-up/dropoff.
Andrew was very cooperative with pick-up and drop off. Very communicative regarding car personality quirks. The car was excellent- not a single issue with it during rental. Overall, I would rent from Andrew again.
Our 3 month trip with your car was awesome!! The car is perfect for a long road trip. It runs without any problems!! Thank you also for your incredible flexibility with the Airport transfers! It was a pleasure to meet you & hope to see you in the future!
