The car is good, but "delivery" is not accurate. When I gave the owner the address where I would like the car delivered, she asked me if I would then drive her back to her starting point. Well, that made little sense for us. I ended up picking up and delivering the car to the owner's address.

Lance was great; he was able to deliver the car to the train station and was extremely punctual and communicated regularly. The car was really easy to drive and it was a breeze to return! Highly recommend.

Hands down, best Turo experience ever. You can tell this Volvo has been babied it's entire life. Tip top shape. All the bells and whistles. I am now spoiled from any other turo vehicle. The adaptive cruise control slices down the amount of stress on your commutes. We took this car on a trip to Las Vegas for house hunting and were so pleased we kept it for another week for summer road trips. I only wish it had unlimited mileage: I did have to keep an eye on my dashboard to make sure I stayed under 200/day. Matt has GREAT communication. Always responds within minutes and a super positive attitude to boot! Professional, punctual. I felt like I was borrowing wheels from a good friend. He showed up on time with trip pics already prepared, key in hand and ready to roll. A+++++ all the way!
