Respect. That is the word I would use to sum up my experience with Johnathan, his partner and the Maserati. I enjoyed the car and Johnathan's communication is excellent. Johnathan respected my time by getting me and my family picked up from LAX right a way. We were taken to a quite nearby neighborhood where we took pictures and then we were on our way. The car was in good shape for a rental, not flawless but you can't expect that from a "working" car. It still looked amazing, sounded amazing and drove like a dream. The service light was on but I was told that its scheduled service was right after my rental. I returned the respect by taking care of the car making sure not to hit curbs when I park. I washed and did a quick detail of the inside before returning the car. The car is crazy fast and comfortable. Even my teens fit in the back (snug). I believe that this is the only Ghibli that is listed with unlimited miles. I appreciate that because I didn't want to have to worry about millage, I could just enjoy the car. This has been a great first experience with Turo and I look forward to renting from Jonathan again (he has other fun cars too).
The online rental process was seamless. Everything else went down hill from there. The owner was 40 minutes late picking us up from the airport terminal. He didn't properly communicate how the return process went. I assumed it went the same way that the pickup went, because the owner didn't say otherwise & I didn't see anything on the website explaining. I texted the owner Sunday 07/23/17 letting him know I'd meet him at the terminal at 8:00 PM letting him know I'd be returning the vehicle to the terminal at 9:30 PM. He texts me at 9:00 PM giving me an address for a drop off (luckily I didn't wait til the last minute, or I may have missed my flight). He also tells me to get there by 9:30 PM, they are very busy at the end of the day (they close at 10 PM). Not great communication considering LA traffic. I return the car, everything is fine, myself & the return agent take pictures & both deem the car to be just as it was when I rented the vehicle. I receive an email at 2:18 AM Tuesday morning stating that the owner reported damage. I texted the owner, no response. I responded to the communication on Turo's site, no response. I called an left multiple messages, no response. I wake up this morning to a $500 draft from my bank account from Turo. So they don't respond to me, but they are doing their due diligence to charge me from something that never happened. I feel like this is a bad dream.
I don't know what could be cooler than getting picked up from your terminal in a Maserati and then having the keys handed off to you for some cruising! Car was great! I did have an issue that I was able to communicate with Jonathon/his associates/brother, response time was very prompt at all hours of the day (kudos for 24/7 quick response times). They were very accommodating with pick-up/drop off, top notch service. You can rent through him with ease! Thanks for the good first Turo experience.
Great trip - the car was amazing. Communication from Jonathan was solid and I had no issues whatsoever. The car was exactly how it was described on the app. I would definitely rent from Jonathan again. Thanks for a great Turo experience.
It was very easy to coordinate with Jonathan and the Maserati was an awesome ride. It turned a lot of heads at the event I drove it to. Jonathan actually delivered the car to where I actually was earlier than I had originally scheduled so that was a bonus and picked it up from me as well. I never needed to pick up the car or drop it off which made for an excellent rental experience. Awesome customer service!
Renting the maserati from Johnathan was a breeze. He's very punctual, easy to communicate with and the whole experience was amazing. The car was priced right with unlimited miles and very fun to drive. Overall a great experience, thanks
Car was amazing. Great price and can't beat the mileage. Took it on some canyon drives and up the coast a bit. Unbelievable experience and these guys were really nice. Will definitely be renting again from Jonathan and his brother.

Rental went off without a hitch. Was able to extend a few hours with no issues. Jonathan gets back to you within minutes and does his best to make your experience seamless and enjoyable. Will definitely use his services again in the near future.
Everything was amazing from the time of booking until my return of this beautiful and immaculate Maserati Ghibli 😁! Jonathan communicated with me the entire way and it was a smooth and easy transaction!! He literally delivered the car to me at the Baggage claim terminal on time and picked up the vehicle from me at my departing terminal!! This is genius! I love Turo 😁😁👍🏾👍🏾!
