Please remember this is a car-share, not a rental from an agency! Please respect me and the car, and keep it clean.
A $25 cleaning fee will apply if the car is not returned in the same condition it was picked up/delivered in. I won't charge this if all it needs is a basic drive-through wash, but if the interior of the car needs cleaning, the fee will apply. Just keet it clean to avoid any fees!
- No animals. (Exception: Service animals. Please present proof of service certification or other documentation.)
-- Minimum $50 fee for evidence of animals, or the cost of cleaning (whichever is higher) + $20 inconvenience fee.
- NO smoking of any kind. Think of me and future drivers.
-- Minimum $200 fee for evidence of smoking, or the cost of cleaning (whichever is higher) + $50 inconvenience fee.
- No track racing, off-roading, snow/ice driving, dirt/loose gravel driving, or any driving other than city streets and freeways, or driving in a manner that could cause damage to the car cosmetically or mechanically.
-- Evidence of violation will result in charge for cost of repair + $200 inconvenience fee.
- Gasoline: THIS VEHICLE USES 91-OCTANE FUEL. YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE TO FILL THE TANK WITH THE CORRECT FUEL, AND SUBMIT GAS RECEIPTS AS PROOF OF DOING SO.
-- Failure to submit receipts for the duration of your trip will result in a $200 fine, AND
-- You are responsible for the cost of flushing the fuel system, plus a $200 inconvenience fee, AND
-- You are responsible for the cost of any damages caused to the vehicle, plus a $200 inconvenience fee.
-- Bring back the gasoline tank at same level. If you need me to top it off (no big deal), cost of gas + $5 convenience fee will be charged.
***** PLEASE REMEMBER: If you fail to submit gasoline receipts, at the very least you will be charged $400 in fines and inconvenience fees, as well as the cost of flushing the engine. This is aside from any mechanical damages to the vehicle (which include a separate $200 inconvenience fee, plus cost of repair).
