It is located 3 minutes drive from the airport, take a Taxi from the Arrivals level or take an Uber/Lyft from the Departures level. You can get reimbursement for both Uber rides.
* If the car is already located in 1338 Old Bayshore Hwy, Burlingame, CA 94010, please book the vehicle without delivery so you can save the delivery fee (no reimbursement for Uber rides). If it is not, please book with SFO delivery and allow me at least 48 hours to deliver it to the Burlingame location *
** For SJC, I can do a curbside delivery from 11am to 6pm Mon-Sat. **
For other time, the vehicle will be at 1240 Birchwood Dr, Sunnyvale, CA94089. It is 10 minutes drive from the SJC airport. Highly recommend booking the vehicle without delivery and Ubering yourself to the vehicle, this will save both of us a good amount of time! (and is much cheaper).

-- You can return my car at ANY of the three locations no matter where you picked it up. But please make sure let me know where you will return it in advance.
I have assigned parking spaces in Sunnyvale and Burlingame locations. A drop-off instruction will be sent to you before your return to these two locations. For drop off at Mountain View, please just use street parking.
Please inform me in advance if you want more miles included into your trip.
If your pick up time is between 7pm to 10am(next day), please make sure to finish the booking before 6pm so I have time to prepare the car for you
Only self pick-up is available on SUNDAYs. And please book the car before SATURDAY 6PM if you want to pick up on SUNDAY. But if it is a long term rental, please contact me, I can try to work it out
*** Response and Communication ***
I try my best to respond to every request as quickly as possible. And I respond in several minutes from 10am to 7pm Mon-Sat. Excuse me for being away from my cellphone sometimes after 7pm. And I will definitely get back to you the following morning.
I am good with both Turo message and text.
*** Pick-up and Drop-off ***
I’d like to meet you in person to hand over the key to you and get to know each other a little bit. But as I may not be available sometimes, I installed ShareNow on some of my cars to enable keyless pick-up. Also I provide key box, which do not require any new app on your phone.
For self pick-up and drop-off, I’ll message you on Turo and also upload clear illustration showing you how to do it. If the car is dropped off, I strongly recommend you to upload trip-end photos of the car, especially the dashboard.
*** Cleaning ***
Please return the car in as-good or better condition than when you borrowed it. No smoking or pets please, thanks! If you do smoke or have pets in the vehicle, you will be subject to the maximum $250 fine. If the vehicle is dirty when you pick it up, please take a picture.
Gas will always be the same or more with when you picked up the car.
Missing Gas: If you do not have time to fill up the tank upon return, no problem. We will pay for a valet to service the vehicle and fill up the tank for you. Their standard charge is between $25 - $50 depending on the location of the vehicle + the cost of gas. Returning the vehicle without a full tank will void our 15 min grace period for returns.
*** Late Return ***
If you want to extend your trip for several hours, you can just modify the time through Turo dashboard. Or message me on Turo to see whether the car is OK for a slightly late return. (This is to protect you as Turo insurance is only effective during the rental periods)
Any late return without mutual consent would lead to a late return fee according to Turo regulations.
*** Toll and Tickets ***
If you get any toll or tickets during your rental, please pay them off yourself. If we receive a ticket in the mail that has not yet been paid, we will pay and charge you the full amount + $25 processing fee. If you get pulled over, the vehicle registration and Turo insurance cards are located in the booklet in the glove compartment. There are many insurance cards located in the vehicle, please make sure the one you use says TURO on it.
*** Long Term Rental ***
Long-term rental request is very welcome. Feel free to message me if you plan to rent my car for a couple of weeks/months. Discount provided for long-term rental.
