MAKE SURE I CAN SEE WHOLE SIDES OF THE CAR
•Take picture if you see that anything is wrong with the car, damage (inside and out) or mess.
•If car is returned messy there will be charge $50 cleaning fee. NO PETS / NO SMOKING
•Fill up the gas before returning. Otherwise, there is $20 surcharge for fill up or bring the car back with the same level you picked up.
PARKING SPOT DO NOT PARK THE CAR IN A SPOT WITH STREET SIGNAL OF 2 OR 1 HOUR OF PARKING PERMISSION.
STREET CLEANING DO NOT PARK THE CAR WHERE THE SWEEP IS INSIDE THE FOLLOWING 24 HOURS Take a picture of street cleaning sign when you return and upload in TRIP PHOTOS.
RENTER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR TICKETS for 24 hours.
When done, message me in TURO app to lock it.
IF I DON'T GET PICTURES BEFORE AND AFTER YOU MIGHT BE LIABLE FOR POTENTIAL DAMAGE.

First time using turo so I was a little hesitant as to how everything would work out. Nikola communicated well. He also took a rather late reservation and was accommodating. Car was where he said it would be. Once I sent the pictures he was prompt to unlock it and let us on our way. Remotely unlocked. Good car to get around in. Pretty clean inside.
This was my first turo rental, the experience was a little off because of the communication via the app, the vehicle wasn't at the location at the arrival time so i needed to walk to another address, car was as expected except for the fact that i needed to buy windshield wipers, i knew i was headed to heavy rain, Nikola agreed to reimburse me which is ok, ill give it another try next time!
Car wasn't at either location the owner provided. We searched for 30 mins and tried calling the owner, but they wouldn't answer the phone to speak with us. After searching a little while longer, we gave up and got an uber which we used for the rest of our stay. Pretty disappointed. A friend recommended this app but I don't think I'll be using it again because of this experience. We didn't use the car at all and still got charged.
Good GUY to rent from...was my 1st time using site so I was nervous and had so many questions and it was my 1st time to California...the gentleman was nice and patient with all my questions...car did trick for me!! I will rent again from him !
